Amazing heated pool 4 BR/2 baths newly renovated home with large deck!

Very nice location, close to shopping and restaurants. Home was spacious and clean. Our family had good time.

Host is very nice and got back to us. The amenities were less than I expected. Very uncomfortable beds- futons with a thin mattress on them. No dressers in the bedrooms. Poor quality towels. Dishwasher tipping over when door opened. Not enough plates to eat from when house at capacity, we had 8 plates, house held 10. Dining table only seated 6.

Great property, location, and pool! Clear and easy communication with owner, and super easy check in/out. Would happily book again for our next trip to the Tampa area!

Furniture seems very cheap. Beds are not very comfortable at all. Had to ask what the check out process was and was told to make sure trash was taken out and to strip beds. When we stripped beds there was yellow stains on almost all beds and stains on the pillows. Otherwise house was nice for just a quick weekend trip to see family.

We enjoyed our stay while we visited family who lived about 1/4 mile away. Check in was easy. For us (2 adults, 5 year old and almost 2 year old). There was more than enough space. It was clean and the bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable.

The house was fantastic - perfect location, private and stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were able to check in a few hours earlier than planned which really helped start the vacation off right.A great place to stay especially with kids and 100x better than staying at a hotel

We traveled from Jacksonville to Wesley Chapel with 6 adults and 6 children. Once we walked in the kids were ready for the pool. We were able to see the surroundings but always enjoyed relaxing in the home. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We came to Tampa for a soccer tournament and this place was just perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, the home was spacious and had more than what we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house amenities. The owner was great with communication and went above and beyond so we could have a comfortable stay. 100% recommend.

My family stayed at this property to visit family in the Wesley Chapel area. The house fit all of us comfortably. Many days and evenings were spent in the pool. The host answered our questions very promptly. The neighborhood feels safe, and many sidewalks to go on walks/runs. Would recommend this property for those traveling with families and don’t mind staying “inland” a little bit.

We had a few questions, and to owner got right back to me and made us feel prioritized. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in that area. Very pleasant experience.

Absolutely lovely VRBO that has everything. It’s well maintained and looks nice. The owner provided nonstop support for any questions we had. He was always very kind and helpful. Highly recommended this VRBO!!

The house was located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood close to my mother's place. The indoor space was just right for our group of 11 and the outdoor pool was a hit with the grandchildren. The kitchen was very nice and the four bedrooms comfortable. Publix, Costco, and First Watch are all very close by. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt.

Location is excellent and central to alot of things to do. Very nice neighborhood.The pool area and screans could use a little TLC with some newer lounge chairs. There were six ladies ranging in age 52 thru 62.
