Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was easy to accomplish, house was spacious and in good condition, just half a block from the beach access. The kids loved the pool and even the adults enjoyed it. The under croft was great for playing corn hole in the evenings and served as a parking garage for bikes, golf cart and cars. The only criticism I have is there were only 10 forks and eight spoons, the tables and chairs on the outside deck were filthy dirty, and there is only seating for 11 for meals. Over all this is a wonderful house and we were so blessed to be able to enjoy the use of it for our family vacation.

Everything was nice and screened porches were perfect for our young grandkids to toss a beach ball to each other. The furnishings were all nice and comfortable. But please, the owners need to replace the glass table in the living room. It is an accident waiting to happen. We used all of the blankets in the house and bungee cords to cover it up because we had a 4 year old, 2 two year olds and a 1 year old. We would recommend this property highly!! The pool was just the right size and the kids loved it. Pool chairs were in great shape. The fence around the pool was very nice and well maintained and was perfect to keep the kids from the streets. Our family had a fantastic time and a beautiful place to stay. We always rent with Garden City Realty because we always have a good, clean place to stay. Thanks!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed bugs at Miller Villa. Had to wait in heat for another rental, with my broken leg I needed close access to beach and channel. Got neither. Asked for compensation. Got none. Had to rent a $600 golf cart to even be able to go down to beach. Can’t walk. Asked for someone to check refrigerator. Filter light green but substance came out of refrigerator water. No one came. Had to purchase lots of water for most of week.
