Outdoor swim spa (essentially a giant hot tub) is privately tucked away by the house, also a huge outdoor covered patio, propane grill, beautiful backyard with fire pit. Very close access to Neenah, Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh, but still feels like it’s in the country.
