Amazing dog-friendly home with enclosed yard, firepit, pool, & washer/dryer

Beautiful, spacey back yard with large pool. Very comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a gigantic spa tub in the master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms were good sized. All had comfortable bedding and mattresses. We’ll stay here again next year if it’s available

I was so impressed with the ease of checkin and communication prior to our trip. However, during a virtual checkin (over the phone by a woman with a name starting with M) the day before, It was confirmed that the 72/day x3 that I paid was to cover the head of the pool spa and even went as far as to confirm that the spa would be heated to 102 degrees. Was also disappointed to hear for the first time that we were not allowed to play low volume music at all outside (not shown on the listing prior to booking), but we were willing to look past that. I texted the property when we couldn't get the spa heated and they said that there was a seperate fee for the spa on top of the pool and we just paid for the pool. Since I didn't have my confirmation (over the phone) in writing we were screwed. If we were told to choose to heat one or the other we would have chose the spa. I felt it was intentionally misleading and upsetting with how the information was eventually relayed.

I was very excited for this stay because the house was perfect for our group of 7! There are several different zones to hang out which is ideal for a large group. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and not too far from downtown PS or the airport. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Loved the house, but floors were not clean, bathroom windows had dirt and dust around them, pool was dirty when arriving, but called Vacasa and they took care of it ASAP. House is cute. Backyard living was great. Vacasa was amazing

Such an amazing property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay! The decor was SO cute, bedding was comfortable, and the outdoor space was awesome!! Multiple areas to lounge around, the pool was perfect to cool down, and the grill was centrally located to be apart of the fun while cooking! Great location and not far for a a quick run to Albertsons or Baja Springs Market. We would definitely would stay here again!

We had a great time at this vacation rental. It has a private back yard with zones for lounging (both sun and shade), swimming, grilling, eating, yoga area, cornhole game spot and hammock. Plenty of seating and umbrellas. Beautiful decor, inside and out. A fantastic place for family and friends to create memories.

This property is actually ran through Vacasa and their communication is not very helpful. We had issues contacting them in advance to our stay and a hard time getting into the property. Once we were inside, everything was wonderful! It is a super cute place, fully equipped and very clean. We were there in early May and definitely recommend having the pool heated!

This is an extremely cute house and perfect for Palm Springs. It's located in a great area, close enough to the downtown area and everything surrounding. The inside of the house is very fun with all the different wallpapers and artwork. We got this house for a low-key bachelorette party and it was the perfect set up. Something that was extremely frustrating was when we got there the pool was EXTREMELY dirty to the point we didn't even want to swim in it. Along with it being dirty it wasn't heated even though I called a week before our trip to say we wanted the heated pool Thursday-Sunday and they confirmed and took the money. I called when we got there and they had someone come out and fix it and told us we couldn't heat the hot tub and the pool at the same time and the pool would be heated by the following day, Friday. They refunded us 1 night for the non heated pool. Friday the pool was still super cold and so was the hot tub. I called again and they said it just takes time, so we waited. (the pool had been cleaned early that morning so we were happy about that.) We didn't have a warm pool the entire stay and only had a warm hot tub Saturday night. I had asked for a refund of the heated pool since we never got to enjoy it and they never got back to me. Huge bummer since the pool was 90% of the reason we went with this house. All in all it was a good rental and we enjoyed ourselves.

Decor was cool, location was good for all activities, it was a fun weekend, the staff that contracted the house was very responsive when we had an issue. Would rent again

Nice property and well equipped. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc. The property owners really went the extra yard to make the house into a resort. There were a couple of glitches (pool and hot tub heating didn't work at first and a shower stall had standing water) but Todd the manager took care of everything and actually had people out to fix these things on Thanksgiving day! He is a real asset.
