Stayed Aug 28, 2025Overall a nice stay. I had to reach out to be provided the access code for entry. The layout is nice and can sleep 8 in the bedrooms. It is unfortunate that the only way to access the beach is through the cabana, which is a separate entrance and not accessible through the main living area. It is odd that the property manager lives in a separate unit in the cabana and that the cleaning crew's closet is in the cabana, which came as a surprise when the other unit was vacated/cleaned during my stay. The toaster oven, coffee pot, and washer were trial and error to get working, but ultimately worked fine. It was nice to have toys/chairs for the beach with a child.

Stayed Mar 31, 2023Great location and super accommodating for our group! Exactly what we expected from the pictures. Property was clean and well stocked. Only a few minute ride to local restaurants and grocery store. Beach access was fantastic! Property owner was responsive and very helpful.

Stayed Jan 14, 2022We had a great time, really enjoyed the stay but having the diswasher break was a downside. The checkout instructions seemed too involved and without a dishwasher it was more time consuming to clean and put back all our dishes/silverware. Also the place needs a water filter pitcher in the fridge.

Stayed Oct 8, 2021Right on the beach and only a few miles from the st. Augustine bridge, grocery store, restaurants pier, etc. there were two really good restaurants within walking distance of the property. The house was clean and the host had things well prepared for the stay, we would visit again if we’re ever in the area.
