Amazing beach house 1.5 blocks from the sand!

My family and I really enjoyed our time in this spacious and updated home. There are fun games and a few small toys/books for the adults/kids. The house is located close to the beach (about a 7 min walk) and close to several food options. The host was very responsive and the house was comfortable and clean! We look forward to returning!

Great location! The convenience of being able to walk to the beach and other locations was very convenient. The inside of the house was very nice, well maintained and kid friendly.

Foosball table was an absolute favorite among family members. We spent a lot of time together playing. Perfect house size for 7-10 people. Plenty of sleeping options. Host was easily reached. Arcade machine was also fun. Small porch/deck out front where 4 people comfortably fit but we brought chairs so we had 6 people some days. All of the year round people that live on street were super nice.Good pizza at McHugh's! Chinese/Japanese at Yuki Hana. We had delicious lobster rolls from the store on the corner where Acme is. Casale Al Mare has delicious gelato, slightly pricey but it tasted good. Ernest and Sons deli Italian butcher shop, great food! Jersey Cow ice cream, next door to deli can't go wrong.I would consider staying here again. Thanks for the memories!

Had a great stay in Brigantine in a very comfortable and well maintained 4br +3ba home. All instructions were easy to follow. Check in was seamless and everything was as advertised and worked perfectly. Convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as the beach. Do not hesitate to rent from this owner. Hope to return in winter or next summer.

We had a nice stay. The property is a bit of a walk to the beach. A few blocks to get to the beach and then a lengthy walk to the actual beach. The rental property in the back of the house is a bit strange. The renters walked back there and with the window open it felt like they were right there. Overall we had a good stay.

Such a lovely house! Very clean and updated. Since the house is located on the south side of the shore, the beach is very wide and the walk to the start of the beach was 0.25 miles and then to a sitting location near the ocean was another 0.25 miles. Not a bad walk. The beach was beautiful but the water was very cold! Walkable to the supermarket, ice cream place and other stores. Great location!

Had a great family vacation at the beach. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful. The house location is perfect for a weekend away.

Walk everywhere….game room in the house was fun. The place met our expectations

The house had a great set up for 3 sets of parents with 4 kids and an infant. The closet in the queen room was perfect for the baby in a pack and play. The AC in the house worked great so it was never stuffy with a bunch of people, kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, utensils etc. we were just in need of a sheet pan so ended up making bacon in a brownie pan! The house has a keurig and after buying k cups we realized there were some in the closet under the stairs. We were able to do laundry in the house which was great for beach towels, however the machine was a bit on the older/not clean side. The shower in the hall bathroom upstairs had almost no pressure but otherwise having 3 bathrooms was great. We made the walk to the beach one day and the second day we drove and parked right across the street from the beach entrance, both worked out great. Overall a really great location as some of the parents went to AC one night and we took the kids to the boardwalk as well. We had a great time!

Our group of 7 were 2 families with our adult children. We spent the days at the beach and the nights at the boardwalk and did some shopping at the outlets and the house was perfectly located to do it all. The pics don’t do the house justice we were very happy and used the game room a lot. I would definitely book this house again.
