Kitchen was fully equipped. It was a good sized home for 8 adults. Outdoor fire pit was nice. Bathrooms have been updated.

The host was AvantStay. They were ok, but the interface was confusing between vrbo and them. Two user ids, constantly resetting passwords, too much tech, not enough human. No idea who the owner is as we never were able to contact them.

The house felt like a home and met the needs of all nine of us with ease. The living room was a great place to relax and the kitchen table fit all of us. We did some cooking and found all that we needed in the kitchen to do so. There is a lot to do in the area from walking on conservation lands, to shopping to going to museums.

We had a great time in this beautiful home. We could all cook together in the well stocked kitchen and gather in the living room to play games. Each bedroom was comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. The location was central to the Berkshires.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All you need to do is add food. I did have a few questions and the managers response was extremely quick. We walked to town for dining, shopping and a little further was a great hike. Lee is close to many other fun towns too, so easy access to so mush is possible.

House was the central place for our daughter’s wedding. The Great room was perfect for her and her maid of honor to get ready as well as enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep. House could have been cleaner outside and yard better kept. Also would have loved lights outback so we could have hung out there or at the fire pit. Master bathroom shower had a leak, water running down to the entrance way by the stairs.

Great communication, perfect location for everything we wanted to do that weekend and a beautiful home! We used the indoor and outdoor spaces and had a wonderful time!

Great location, walkable to town. Older home that was comfortable for our group with everything you’d need in the kitchen. Appreciated the large outdoor table and front porch rockers. Cooling fans in all bedrooms worked well.

We came for a concert at Tanglewood. Property was just as photos described, walking distance to downtown Lee restaurants, easy access to highway and other towns. Great spot for multiple family or friends to get together.

This house is a lovely space for friends to gather. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining tables both indoors and outside were large. The living room has a large sectional couch that fit us all comfortably. The place was very clean , with nice linens and excellent beds and pillows! There were a few problems. Some lights had no bulbs and/ or simply didn’t work. Half the lights over the dining room table didn’t work, and that was true in most of the bedrooms. We called Roberto who did get some lights to work and made sure the one at the top of the stairs could be pulled on. The dishwasher didn’t work at all and Roberto wasn’t able to fix this. Roberto did bring a new toaster as the one there didn’t work.Two full bathrooms had no shade or curtain to block viewing. I draped towels in front of the windows so we could wash in privacy. Roberto said installing shades was going to take some time so we did what we could.Roberto was responsive to the issues we encountered and helped as he was able. He was sympathetic and easy to communicate with. Roberto offered a gift certificate to one of the local restaurants before we departed.I think this was a good rental that I’d recommend and believe the problems we encountered will be fixed.

We had a great stay, thank you! Everything was great as all accommodations were met and other than getting food from the local nearby grocery store and our own personal things, nothing more was needed. Everything went so smoothly, other than our two dogs being home sick and whining at times, which ended up entailing a 7 hour round trip back home to leave them there with a sitter as we felt it was too much for our little fur babies to endure being in a strange place without us and better to return them home. We were then able to enjoy adventuring to the nice little Main Street in Lee and exploring Springfield, Salem and Boston. It is always a joy making memories while vacationing with our adult children once a year and will definitely entertain the thought of returning as there was a lot left to see at the destinations we visited. Upon every return from our adventures and back at the house, we were able to relax and toast s’mores over a nice camp fire in the wonderful provided fire pit area and then gather in the cozy living room to watch a movie before turning in for the night in the cozy comfy beds. Checking in and checking out were both a breeze! Thank you again for a great stay and for assisting with yet another wonderful Case family vacation!

The location was great and just a short walk to downtown. We thought the pictures on the site were a bit misleading. The house looked a little more open than it actually was, especially in the kitchen. The outside fire pit area was a little run down. A chair was broken and the string lights were down on the ground, water filled and no outlet to plug into. Plenty of bed space for everyone to sleep and beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra sheets and towels and the kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with the lock box not opening when we got there but the host was very quick to respond and fixed the problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Lots of cozy relaxation by the fire and fun meals at the spacious dinning table. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

This was the best central location for all of us to meet to celebrate my mom's birthday! Perfectly fit us all with room to spread out and not be right on top of one another!

The property was spacious and inviting for all of us. The location was perfect. The property manager was very open to suggestions for making some small improvements.

We loved staying here! Great location!
