Amazing and serene view house, art deco charmer, fully restored

Beautiful property with easy access to downtown Seattle! We were able to quickly get an Uber to take us to downtown or to the ferry port. The views from the main level and the bedrooms were amazing and we enjoyed the small balcony off the main level.

Great views! Loved that everything was clearly labeled in the house!! Close to the ferry. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. Host was very informative!

This is a great property in such a charming neighborhood! We were within walking distance to the bay and some restaurants. We felt very safe in the area. The drive into downtown Seattle was less 15 minutes, depending on traffic. We also took the nearby water taxi into the city one day (very affordable). We would definitely stay here again!

Casa Florence has amazing views of Puget Sound! Neighborhood is a desireable quiet area of West Seattle. The owners take care of all the details and communications are great. The large yard is a nice plus and the patio is great for sitting with a beverage and watching the ferries.

Casa Florence was truly a gem; an adorable home with a breathtaking view. The host has taken extra steps to label everything so you get all your questions answered. The oversized main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed while the other room has 2 single beds that are very firm for those with back issues. The very large bathroom is very comfortable and clean. In fact the entire home is extremely clean. It’s a smart idea for the host to demand removal of shoes upon entry. The wide cement steps to the front door are well lit. This home is a well cared for charmer that I highly recommend!

This was the perfect relaxing getaway to enjoy West Seattle - Incredible views, beautiful home, very lovely neighborhood to walk in. The host went above and beyond and was super gracious. It was such a treat to enjoy time in this charming home.

First class stay. The charming home was extremely welcoming, immaculately clean, top rated amenities and comfortable furnishings. Added bonus was lovely art work and books. Special treat for Christmas was a lovely Christmas tree beautifully decorated with European ornaments.

This was a cozy spot, at a perfect location to visit family in west Seattle. The view is wonderful, house is charming.

Would love to stay here again.Things I wish were better:-Master bedroom could have a king size bed.-There should be an antenna on the television. I would have loved have had a relaxing Sunday in the house watching a football and enjoying the property.Highly recommended.

Beautiful location outside of the city

The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking Utensils--I could have used 1 more fry pan. Appreciated the use of the laundry--maybe have more bath towels for those of us who stay over a week. The only things that we had problems with was all the stairs & the tv was hard to get to find stations.

Fun little house for our girls weekend! It had everything we needed and was in a great location for visiting downtown and Mt. Rainier. Plus, the view from the back of the house is beautiful to wake up to or watch the sunset.

This is a BEAUTIFUL little house - the location and view are so worth being on the edge of the city but be warned - the comfort level is low.This is by far the best equipped home I’ve ever stayed in. You’ll want for nothing in terms of supplies including all the condiments. The furniture, however, is worn, sparse and not comfortable. The beds are the worst and the pillows feel like cardboard. Not good enough for the price and not worthy of such a wonderful house. Despite the comfort level, we LOVED our stay. The garden and the deck were everything.

Stayed in June and the weather was perfect. The house was great and the views were amazing.

There's not much to say about this listing that has already not been said. Super Clean, Communication is friendly and immediate. The neighborhood is nice, lots of trees, plants everywhere, We're from Texas and one thing we liked no mosquitoes. The drive into Seattle from West Seattle is easy. Lots of coffee shops and grocery stores very close. Temperatures were starting to get warm in June, but nights were cool. We used the house as our home base while visiting the city, Mount Rainer, Olympic National Park, Picks Place, and more. All appliances were in good working order and the kitchen had everything you'd need. Street parking is available just up the steps as pictured on the listing. A few things to consider... If you need a washer and dryer on site there is not one here and it is listed appropriately. The other is there is only one bathroom. We were a group of 3 and it was never a problem. Lastly the steps in the pictures are accurate, if you have mobility issues or need a wheel chair it might be rough. Overall spectacular listing and gracious management. Nights on the deck were perfect. When entering the house there are little notes/stickers everywhere explaining odds an ends of the house. The host has provided a directory, on the table, with local suggestions and travel needs. I cannot say enough about the location and cleanliness of the house.

This property is such a delight to stay at. Beautiful views of the Olympics, ferry boats and puget sound. Everything you need in the kitchen to make it feel like home. Will definitely come back to stay again.

great little location in West Seattle. Within striking distance of downtown Seattle (via water taxi) and within walking distance of West Seattle eateries, etc, but far enough away to avoid all the noise of night life. Recommend it highly and will stay here again when in the area.

We've stayed in many older homes and this was one of the better ones as it was well heated. The trampoline was a nice touch and the kids loved that. I did think the home was closer to the ocean (15-20min walk), so clarifying that would be nice, but otherwise a good stay.
