Amazing Ampersand on Parkhill

The sunsets were amazing. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful perfect place for a Cambria vacation for two persons. My sister and I will definitely come back--and this will be the place we will stay!

Driveway is really tough for cars with low ground clearance; prohibited street parking doesn’t provide any options. CD player was glitchy like last time, and there is a lack of storage space for luggage. None of these are issues that would keep us from coming back, just a heads up for potential guests to consider when making plans.

Great location with view of ocean! Lots of neat artwork, great choice of reading materials, games, puzzles. There was a glitch in communication-we didn’t receive an email with instructions, but was resolved with a phone call. We really enjoyed our stay.

Patio cushions could use an update. It was perfect for an artist to sit and paint the lovely garden. Would definitely come back again.

This was our 4th time staying here- always a pleasure. Clean, quiet, great for nature watching, and close to all the activities and places in & around town we love to visit.

Place was clean, in a good location close to the ocean. Kitchen looked recently renovated. I could have done without all the wooden masks on the walls as decor. The deck was large and appeared to have a great view.I cannot comment much more, as I didn't sleep there and only spent about 2 hours there total, although I reserved for 5 nights. I had an emergency and returned home the same night as I arrived…. bummer.

We fell in love with Ampersand the moment we arrived. The view of the ocean as soon as we entered was amazing and we knew this was a great house. We came from Christmas Market, which is an experience of its own. The house came with great accommodations. Baths are updated and the heater works very quickly. Kitchen comes with all the small appliances you need. The house decor is very eclectic with many different pieces of art and cozy furniture. The only downfall is that the mattress in the master is smaller than the bed frame and we hit our shins on the bed frame each time we got in bed. But we loved our stay and plan to return soon.
