Perfect location. Felt like we were close to surrounding areas but also had the privacy. The barn was space for more space to host

So much space! Our extended family (babies to 70) stayed over Easter weekend to gather with family who live 5 minutes away in West Des Moines. We loved the party barn, the beautiful property with lawns, trees and pond and all the room inside to relax, cook and eat together. Close and convenient to groceries, shops, restaurants and freeways. The “cousin buddies” voted to come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house and barn were perfect for our weekend escape. The barn was great to gwt loud and have fun while others relaxed in the house. Loved watching all the deer out the living room window.

Things went really well. Party Barn was great for the kids. Plumbing on the last day was a little concerning, but luckily it was as we were cleaning up

Easy check in and The PartyBarn great!The only negative was the water well kept stopping and had to wait longer times than we should have. Other than that and a few electrical outlets didn’t work our reunion party had a blast

Hello, We had 10 families that traveled to West Des Moines from the Chicagoland area for a mini family union for another family member that lives in town. We all stayed at different places including a mix of VRBOs and hotels. My cousin hosted us all at his house for the reunion, but we definitely could have hosted it on this property, as well! My family was in the Graceland house for 3 nights. We had a great time overall, but would recommend an improvement that would make this place even better. Add a bathroom to the party barn AND basement (with shower). We ended up renting a port-a-john for just outside of the barn for convenience. When we were at the house, the majority of our time was spent in the barn. My parents are older and it was too far for them to get to the bathroom, especially in the dark. The nearest bathroom in the house is on the opposite side of where the barn is. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here with our family. There was nice for sleeping with little kids that the rooms are spread out. The grandkids had a great time!

It was the perfect place for our family to be together to celebrate and play games in a homey place rather than hotel rooms. The property would have received 5 stars, but the master shower water never got hot, only warmish even after running it for a long time. I was also disappointed that the master bed has two twin mattresses joined, leaving an uncomfortable crack between your partner. I would recommend a foam T wedge being added or a regular king mattress to fix this problem. Otherwise, we loved the property.

The property was just as described. Perfect place for our staff of over 20 ladies to hang out and reconnect outside the busy office environment. A few of us enjoyed the hot tub and the younger girls really enjoyed the shed! Thank you!!

Bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space were perfect for a large family get together. House is stocked with little extras to help make your stay perfect. The hot tub was not working and the sink in the party barn was out of order, but otherwise fantastic!

A great place for lots of people to gather and celebrate. Lots of room for all 17 of us and kids and adults enjoyed the party barn. Great response from the host on a lock problem...fixed within an hour. Well stocked kitchen

This home was the perfect location to bring our families together under one roof to celebrate the holidays. Plenty of space for everyone. The Christmas decorations were an unexpected touch. The kids especially enjoyed all of the games and the hot tub. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!!

This property lived up to its VRBO listing and reviews. It is clean,spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked with everything from coffee to toothpaste. We had no problems at all. The party barn was perfect for a day after our son's wedding get-together. SO much fun! We would definitely rent again!

We had relatives and some close friends stay with us at the house. The house had a big kitchen equipped with essentials and had 4 bathrooms and 9 beds and room for blow up beds if needed. The barn was great to have the party since there was a refrigerator, pool table, ping pong, stereo system, tv etc I will stay again when we have another celebration.to have

We had a very small and intimate wedding at Jester Park, and reserved this property for our reception. It was perfect! The party barn was very spacious and had more than enough room for our events. And the house was beautiful and had so much space! And that double headed shower was amazing!! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was an amazing experience and the host was very helpful with any and all questions we had. I would recommend this host/property to any of my family or friends!

We had a good stay and nice time relaxing and watching the football game in the Barn. There is a ton of room in the barn, we had a BBQ outside on the patio 1 night and it worked really well The basement has no bathrooms and low sealings for those who will use the 5 beds down there. Thanks

Booked to have offsite business meeting with some teambuilding, overall it went very well and the location was great.

We had 16 men for our golf trip and this house did not disappoint! Plenty of places to sleep, party barn was great, hot tub was needed after three rounds of golf. Only hiccup was WiFi is weak if big tv in living room and party barn are on at same time. We would come back! Thanks Steven!

Quite a nice surprise, this home feels like it is in the country and it is 5 minutes from everything. The layout is a bit strange, but it is well worth the price.

I held a work meeting with families in attendance. The space worked great for our needs, and we have already discussed using it again with other groups. Wonderful location close to amenities.

Property was great. Party barn had thing for adults through 6 years of age to do. Outside patio and grills were big enough. Used fire pit to make s'mores everyone enjoyed. Hot tub was enjoyed and pool wasn't far away for a couple hour cool down 5 stars

The place was great for a family gathering. Close to everything. The property manager was very nice. My daughter lost a piece of jewelry and they took their time to find it when they were cleaning. The grandkids loved seeing the wildlife. We will used the place again for a family gathering.
