Plenty of space for our large group

This house is huge. Great for 2 families. Has 3 living room areas. All 5 bedrooms have a lot of room. There are 3 full baths. The backyard is magnificent. Pool is heated with a waterfall. Pool floats are available too. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables outside. There is also a balcony off the main living room. Easy access from pool area to inside. Lighting in back was elegant. Easy access to town. Great communication with the owner, helpful and accommodating. Great house to stay at. My friend is already talking about going back. Thanks Eric for everything.

Beautiful home with three different spaces to hang out. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus several of us enjoyed. The kitchen was very well equipped. We didn’t try to park in the garage since the driveway could accommodate four to five vehicles. Home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a group of nine staying at Eric’s house, celebrating one of our members 70th birthday. Had a wonderful time, so close to the track. Enough room for everyone. Loved the pool and hot tub. Eric couldn’t be more accommodating and answered your questions immediately. Would stay at this hom again.

House was exactly as listed, verywell maintained and stocked with anything we couls think of. Host was great at communicating sny questions we had. Our family had a great time.

Eric’s home is spacious, beautiful and very clean! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The highlight was a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to make a few great meals. Lots of room to sit around a table and play games or to go to separate parts of the house for a quiet moment. Home is also close to downtown Saratoga which is a wonderful town with plenty of restaurants, parks and places to hang out. Loved our stay and would absolutely love to come back soon! E.H.

We had a great couple of days. Eric gave us an early check in which was big plus. Check in was easy with numeric keypad Backyard was awesome . Plenty of both shade and sun.
