Amazing 4 bedroom house w/full amanities,close to hospitals/shopping/city center

The house was a good size for my family. It was in a quiet older neighborhood.

We unexpectedly needed a rental at the last minute for seven people. This home had 4 bedrooms and plenty of places for sleeping. There were only 5 chairs to sit at the kitchen table and hardly any dishes, pans or cooking utensils. It was difficult to try and cook while we were there. For how many people can sleep at this home, we were disappointed that there was not enough places to sit at the kitchen table or items to cook with. Other than that our stay was good.

We were getting work done on our house and needed somewhere near by to stay to be able to run back and forth. This property was perfect! It has plenty of rooms for our family and our fur babies as well. The property has a big beautiful patio that was wonderful to just sit and relax and enjoy the day/night. The rooms were spacious and beds were plenty comfortable. Each bed came with a mattress protector to ensure our safety and the beds. The kitchen gave you plenty of options for cooking needs, he provided some pots and pans, but not very many. So if you have a need for multiple dishes, I would recommend getting some extra. There is a attached garage to park your vehicle if you desire. The driveway is plenty spacious for your vehicles. We comfortably fit a truck and a van. The showers were very spacious and had great pressure! The only suggestion i would make for them, would be handles for those not so steady. I loved there was a seat and adjustable shower head for the shorter members of our family :) Beware of the step to the main bathroom. The house was updated with nice remote fans/lights and also had adjustable night light options for those who do not like the complete dark. The Host was very good about communicating and helping us get everything sorted so we were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying with Ken and any of his properties because I know he goes above and beyond to make things right! You wont be disappointed

We arrived at the property very late and were thankful that it was well lit and the neighborhood seemed safe. We appreciated that coffee and tea were provided as well as the comfortable beds and good furnace (it was below freezing during our visit). We were comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely book this house again.
