Amazing 3-bedroom home with 2 full baths. Spacious fenced backyard. WiFi present

Nice property that was clean and perfect for our stay. The host went out their way to remove the snow and ice from the driveway before we arrived. The property was as advertised in the rental description. It was perfect for our family's stay and we would return again in the future.

The house was very nice, and clean. It is in the newer part of Fort Smith and quite peaceful. We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!

Great place to stay, very clean, easy to get into and a lot of space for our family! Will use again for sure.

Multiple minor issues with the residence. Inside knob on front door not connected properly, hot water knob on sink not functioning. thermostat constantly changing without our input, going up to over 80 during the night. Hot water knob on kitchen sink not working when we arrived, but owner charged our insurance for the knob!

This house was perfect for our overnight stay! Exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood too. Communication with host was flawless. Loved the fenced yard and being able to park on the driveway. Strongly recommend!

The house was perfect! It was not far from our friend’s house and we were able to visit. The house had ample kitchen supplies to cook with and amenities that we needed. I would have swept the floor if I could have found a broom. I would recommend this place to any visitors.

We came to town for a funeral. Place was clean, fenced in and in a nice area. Owner communicated very well and also let us book an extra day last minute due to bad weather. Would definitely recommend.

Overall our stay was ok, there were some maintenance issues that had to be taken care of & some other small issues of normally provided items not being stocked when we arrived. Our family had a place to sleep for the time we were there.

Very nice property! The pictures on VRBO look exactly like the house. Large living space. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes. The 2 bathrooms are nice. No complaints. The host responded quickly and was accommodating.

overall, the stay was good. They should have more towels and hand towels in the bathrooms. Also explain that the front door locks after one minute after you leave or so. Not sure still how that worked. Also a Wi-Fi password would have been nice.
