Alpine Welcome (formerly the Erving house) has a fantastic location on the West Shore, conveniently close to Tahoe City. Enter on the middle level of this 3 story country home to the nicely furnished living room with gasfireplace, stereo, and great back deck with refreshing woodsy views and gas grill (summer only). Dining table for 8, 4 kitchen counter stools, and nice tile and stone kitchen attached to living room. Full bath and 2 bedrooms also on mid level: one with 2 Twin beds, one with a Queen.

Upstairs, master bedroom with Queen sleigh bed and full bath, plus balcony. Downstairs den with gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VHS, leather couch and full futon, plus back door. Partially private sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. Parking for 4 cars. No smoking please.

Parking is limited to 4 spaces.

GOOD TO KNOW (important details)
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
