A personal vehicle is strongly recommended when staying in the Poconos. Public transportation is very limited in this area.

Most attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and ski resorts are within a short drive.

Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary depending on season and time of day.

The home features a long private driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles.

Community Registration
• Guest & vehicle registration is required prior to arrival (please provide details at least 48 hours in advance).
• Same-day bookings will incur a $100 expedited registration fee.
• Only registered guests and vehicles are permitted in the community.
• Failure to provide required registration details in time will result in a $100 expedited processing fee, as required by community regulations.


Occupancy & Guidelines
• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old
• Maximum of 12 guests at all times.
• Maximum of 6 daytime visitors (must be disclosed in advance)
• Day visitors must be approved in advance and included in the total guest count
• Maximum of 8 vehicles allowed on the property
• Quiet hours are enforced by the community.
• No fireworks or street parking permitted.
• Any HOA fines incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

Hot Tub, Sauna & Fire Pit
We love that guests enjoy these features. Please note all outdoor amenities are used at your own risk and require adult supervision.

House Policies
• No pets permitted. (ADA-compliant service animals welcome per federal law.)
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Rental Agreement
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking.
• This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages.

Service Animals
• ADA-compliant service animals must adhere to applicable guidelines.
• Misrepresentation of a service animal may result in removal from the property without refund.

Security & Safety
For guest and property safety, there are two exterior cameras located at the front entrance/driveway area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any backyard or private outdoor spaces.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay.

❄️ Winter Notes
Snow and ice are common during winter months in the Poconos.
The driveway will be professionally plowed after storms exceeding 3 inches.
Please note that the backyard is not shoveled. Guests should wear proper winter boots and may use the provided shovel to clear a path to the hot tub and sauna if desired.
Light snow may accumulate on walkways or steps during your stay. A shovel and salt are available at the home.
Outdoor surfaces may be slippery — please use caution.
