This is the Best place we have stayed at so far in PCB. The pictures do not do this house and the view justice. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The beds were so comfortable, we think that is hard to find in rental or hotel. We loved the convenience of being able to walk right out to the beach and all beach accessories were available at the house. We enjoyed the little putting green, corn hole and of course the deck with one of the best views of the gulf! Thank you for sharing your house, we will definitely be back!

The minute you walk into the home, there is such a peaceful atmosphere. The bedrooms are so spacious with bathrooms in each. You will see a sound machine on the nightstand to organics Hawaiian hand soap as well as body soap, shampoo and conditioner- and very comfortable pillows and beds with a large tv in each bedroom. The bath towels are fluffy and sheets, pillows and comforter so very soft. The kids room was so fun for them - they so enjoyed playing the video game table when they weren’t outside playing on the beach. Our family had two delicious catered dinners- one outside, one inside and both caterers remarked how wonderful the kitchen was saying they found everything they needed in the kitchen. Really enjoyed the spacious hot tub and more added delights - a steam sauna and cold plunge. Living room was big, large couch, tv, and a dsybed. What was so incredible too was the home’s private walkway to the beach where we placed the beach chairs on the beach area in the morning. It was awesome to have a beach out the back door!! The beach area was gorgeous and all had a great time playing in the ocean. The VRBO owner added a great touch of adding a bucket below the deck to wash off our feet and an outdoor shower was perfect to wash off before entering the hot tub or cold plunge . Highly recommend staying in this VRBO. All the communication was so easy with the owner. If we take another trip to Panama City Beach, we would love to stay at Aloha Beach House.

Perfect house on the beach! So perfect for kids. Beautiful deck and view! Kids loved it and didn't want to leave. Very clean and well stocked with supplies and pans. Also, has 6 or 8 beach chairs for the beach and toys.. Just a note for elderly. It does have a few small step down thresholds in the house. It wasn't a problem for the kids. All my family said they would definitely return there. Great communication!

House was perfect for 6 adults (mix of young and senior) and an infant. Everybody was comfortable and slept well. No outside noise appreciated. Kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked several large meals without trouble finding any utensils. Communal space was ample and very comfortable including the large outdoor deck which was perfect. Everyone loved the hot tub , sauna and cold plunge. Super short path to beach which was hardly occupied by anyone. Provided chairs were great. The beach had beautifully clean white sand . Water was chilly but so clear and gorgeous to be in. Would definitely recommend a stay at Aloha House. The owner is super responsive if needed for anything.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house—truly one of those rare places that exceeds every expectation. The location is unbeatable, sitting right on the beach so you can step out the door and have your feet in the sand within seconds. Morning coffee with the sound of the waves and sunsets from the deck quickly became our favorite daily rituals.If you like to walk, Pier Park and the dog beach are almost exactly 2 miles on the beach. We got our steps in first thing so we could eat all we wanted! What really sets this home apart is how perfectly it’s set up for families. There’s plenty of space to spread out, thoughtful touches throughout, and everything you could possibly need—from beach gear to a well-stocked kitchen. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and incredibly easy to settle into right away.The layout made it ideal for both together time and quiet moments, and the views…just incredible! And Tim the host was very informative and helpful from start to finish.If you’re looking for a seamless, stress-free beach getaway where location, comfort, and charm all come together, this is it. We’re already talking about our next trip back.

Amazing is the only way to describe the Aloha House. House was clean, beach view was beautiful. I’ll definitely book again!

This is our third year staying here and it continues to be a wonderful stay! This property has one of the best views in PCB with more privacy and accommodations than any others we have seen or stayed at. The host is a great communicator and always available for any needs!

The host was fantastic. Super easy to communicate with and very helpful with recommendations. The home was exactly as described, except one thing! THE VIEW! The pictures did not do it justice. We were nervous the house would be too small for our crew, but it wasn’t. We had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. We had 6 adults ranging from 41-68 years old & 2 teenagers, 16 & 17. We will definitely rent again.

We loved the house and it fit our family perfectly. We all enjoyed our stay.

Host was a great communicator and kept us up to speed. He asked multiple times if everyone was enjoying their time and if we needed anything. Location is awesome.

Aloha Beach House Retreat is an amazing, private retreat right on the beach. The house is well-maintained and loaded with so much character. Tim is such a great communicator and wants to ensure that your stay is perfect. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next stay in March!

A beautiful view of the ocean and amazing outdoor deck space. Lots of seating everywhere which was great for our large group. This is our second stay at this home and it was a great experience both times. The property manager is very helpful and is quick to respond.

Great stay. Second time staying here. It is so helpful to have so many things provided that eliminates the need to pack so much when you travel with so many. Beach chairs, beach towels, sound machines for all bedrooms, even a beach tent, all provided!! Also no need to pack shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The convenience to the beach is second to none. And of course all the extras to keep littles entertained. We love this place.

Property was just as advertised. House was very clean and comfortable. Back porch was a great place to hang out with family and had great views of the beach. Host was very attentive to anything we needed.

We have been coming to PCB for Family Vacation, since 2017. We may have just found our future Happy Place! I cannot say enough about this Property! The perfect place on the beach. Step off the huge deck where the Beach awaits you! We enjoyed the home and outside deck so much, we didn't even get a chance to use the hot tub! The mini putt putt course, corn hole and Large Bunk Bed Room with games, sitting area with large TV make it Perfect for a family with Kids! Household amenities were more than I could have ever imagined! To Top it all off, if there is such a thing, Tim is the Hostest with the Mostest! Tim made our trip easy and was very responsive in answering any questions from the time we booked, during our stay and checkout was a breeze! 10 out of 10 Highly Recommend!

Best beach stay to date!The pictures don’t do it justice—this property is even better in person. Everything was so convenient and easy, from check-in to access to the beach and amenities. It was a wonderfully relaxing trip, and all the amenities were exactly as depicted. No problems whatsoever. I very highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We have been to PCB every year since 2016 and this is by far the best place we've stayed. The house is beautiful and the location can't be beat!! The refrigerator was COLD from the time we walked in, which is AWESOME if you're planning on stocking it. The beds were comfortable--especially in the bunk room. We had 8 adults, 3 kids, and a baby and everyone had plenty of space. The hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were a nice touch. Tim and Luke were easy to communicate with when we had questions. We had an amazing time and CAN'T WAIT for the next stay!! I highly recommend Aloha Beach House.

Our family of 13 had a marvelous week at Tim’s Aloha vacation home. The bunk room was perfect for all the kids. The beach access was great. We enjoyed seeing other beach goers without feeling crowded like one does at a large resort. Tim’s photos and descriptions were accurate. Tim was a wonderful communicator. We had a minor issue that he quickly addressed. We felt much more cared for than when a house is under a management company. This area of PCB has delicious restaurants and really fun activities only minutes away. We will treasure the memories from this week always.

Best place we have ever stayed. We go each year to this area. This place was stocked in everything from shampoo to beach towels to outside activities. Check in was smooth and kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and stocked up.

Great house! The whole family loves the deck area with the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and golf putting. The kids bunk room is also a big win.

Great beach fun and close to so many attractions. Enough to keep kids busy having fun the whole week.

We had kids ages 4-8 along with 6 adults. There was so much to do that not once did a kid say they were bored, ask to play on a tablet or watch TV. We call that a success! The beach access was excellent. The house was so incredibly stocked. The bathrooms and kitchen had everything you needed. There were toys for the beach along with chairs and tents. The outside showers allowed us to keep the house relatively clean even with the younger kids. The furniture was big enough for us to enjoy each other but there was enough space that people could have their own space when they needed it. I would return again and again and again.

Aloha was just as advertised. Great accommodations, plenty of room, proximity to the ocean and view is fantastic. Tim went out of his way to explain every detail we may need/want, and was great to work with. I highly recommend this property.

This place is amazing. Perfect for our 3 families,12 of us. The home layout is awesome and very clean. Absolutely what I expected based on the photos. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Lots of beach chairs and sand toys to take to the beach. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. Tim (host) was available if we needed him. The instructions for checking - in and out was very clear. We had a great time at a beautiful home with just steps to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at the Aloha house. Several families stayed here with plenty of room. The hot tub, putting green, and corn hole were great for the kids. And there is plenty of seating outdoors and in for everyone to be comfortable. Being right on the beach cannot be beat! My only improvement would be to have some pantry staples available (salt, nonstick spray, foil, etc). Other than that, it was absolutely incredible.

My husband & I came to Celebrate his Birthday & ride our Harley with Friends for Bike week - However we never rode the Harley once because the Beach, Fishing, and Spa Amenities kept us busy - It was a relaxing experience and Comfortable house - We will be back soon!

The place was exactly as described. We loved the house and location. The house was very clean. Tim was an excellent host and answered all questions promptly. We would definitely stay again.

Love the view best experience ever. First time stayed somewhere with so many extra amenities House is has so many great views, plenty of parking. Tons for kids to do never have to leave the house for the perfect vacation. Thanks so much will be coming back soon. Best VRBO ever!!!

The property is beautiful and the view even better. The owner reached out before arriving and was responsive to all questions. We had 3 generations and plenty of room for everyone. The property was well equipped and met all our needa.

This was our second year in a row at this beautiful place! It has all the amenities that you can think of and need for a relaxing and fun stay. From chargers and noise machines in every room to towels, chairs and toys for beach days and all the sauna, cold plunge and hot tub for relaxing, this place is a gem! We will be back!

Truly amazing views of white sands, changing surfs and sunsets. Loved hanging on the deck with family of all ages. Kitchen was one of the best stocked places we’ve stayed. Private upstairs room was a perfect place for my office. Able to telework AND enjoy some getaway time. Owner was terrific. Would highly recommend.

We have been coming to the Panhandle as a family for more than 30 years. The group agreed this was the best rental experience so far. Super combination of space, amenities, and direct beach access. Oleander Drive is a little jewel just off Front Beach Road. We’ll be back to this great house again!

Everything was perfect.

The Aloha Beach House location is second to none! We loved our time there. I mostly loved that the short path from the beach to the house is short enough that even the 3 yr old could manage without an adult. The host provides so many extras that you typically don’t see with this type of rental. There were ample supplies of washcloths and towels, even beach towels. The shampoo and conditioner and shower gel were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach toys and chairs made it so much more convenient to travel, not having to bring all that with us. The sauna was enjoyed by all and the cold plunge by those who were brave enough. The beds were all very comfortable. Even the bunk beds for the kids were super comfy. The host was very responsive with all my extra questions about Hurricane Helene and did his best to accommodate us with the uncertainty of the storm. We will definitely be back.
