Lovely place to stay. Clean, with light and bright decor. Very well stocked with everything you could imagine in the kitchen, lots of games & puzzles, beach towels, etc... Nice, easy beach access and the firepit is such a bonus. It's also close to town.

Our stay was PERFECT! Great location, beautiful home, well furnished. Everything we needed for an incredible beach vacation. Close to grocery shopping, but far enough away to enjoy.

We were so happy to be back in Ponte Vedra beach! This beach front home was absolutely gorgeous. The view will take your breath away. We loved the large kitchen and living room with a plenty of sitting area. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed. Appreciated the welcome gifts especially the coffee! This home was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was easy. We had a great time and will definitely return next year!

Clean property with beautiful beach views! Close, easy drive to St. Augustine. We highly recommend Cap's on the Water for a sunset dinner.

This was our second time to Almost Heaven. I will tell you it was good as the first time. It is a very nice and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay there and plan to come back in the future. The home is well maintained and was very clean. Our dogs loved running the beach everyday. Thank you once again for letting us use your home over the last 11 days.

Two weeks of wonderful accommodations. The home is picture perfect and deck all but touches the ocean. Not once did we feel the need of beach chairs. Our host was very nice and helped us get settled. The side yard is fenced so our dog was also very happy. Far enough from St Augustine not feel the rush but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer. It is 5+

This house was just perfect for my family of 3 and pups. It was very spacious, the kitchen had all the items we needed for the week and the beds were so comfortable. It was a very open floor plan so no matter where we all were in living room kitchen or dinner room we felt connected. The location to the beach was amazing too, only steps from the multiple doors on the house onto the porch, to the sand. Also we LOVED the skylights. There were a few rainy days but the skylights in the living room helped keep the house light. I only had to reach out once to the host and they were extremally prompt in response. The patio furniture was super comfortable and cushions made it even better. The only issue if you would even call it that, that I didn't pay that much attention to when booking was the two spare bed rooms (one with the bunk beds and the one with the queen bed) the rooms did not have TV's. That's not really a big issue but definitely something to be noted.

The host was amazing and had great communication. Almost Heaven home was a delight and we loved it was only one story. The house offers great comfort and all the home items needed for a perfect vacation. Loved all the areas to view the ocean between the living room and big windows, the deck, the top viewing deck, lower lounge chairs and even the nice fire pit area. The only part out of the owners control is the fishing that continuously goes on right behind. It made it difficult to experience our beach time as we wanted and even had 2 hour delays because there were too many lines casted. There was shark fishing even going on with drones dropping lines or people going on canoes just to drop the baited lines far out...and yes we did capture sharks being caught...luckily they would just take a picture and release them back. Found a large fishing hook glimmering in the sand at low tide during one of our walks and luckily I was able to find it before someone would get hurt. This was challenging and we couldn't make it out one last time on our check out day...before sunrise a handful of people had set up lines. Hoping this can change for them in the future and fishers can be allocated with better fishing zones so everyone can enjoy the beach. This is the only reason we give it 4 stars.

Everuthing was nice and clean

BEAUTIFUL location. Really breathtaking. Kitchen is very nice and the view is beautiful. However, the property is not quite maintained. We arrived and the hammock that was listed in the listing was no longer there and the property manager told us they could not get it back. Trundle bed was left with old sheets and juice box on it. Used toiletries left in bathroom from renter before us. The filter on the refrigerator had expired and the refrigerator water dispenser, dispensed straight salt water. The owner did deliver fresh gallons of water for us the next day, but we had to make our own ice due to this. We got the filters the last day we were there and had to fix ourselves. Towels, rugs, sheets very threadbare. Dog hair on couches. Front door leaks rainwater during rainstorms. Toys and adirondack chairs VERY USED/old/broken/bleached. One very flimsy umbrella was provided no umbrellas on patio tables. We asked and they gave us 1 more umbrella. Master bedroom facing ocean (east) only has sheer curtains so very bright at 6am. Sheets do not stay on master bed. The listing is lovely but the reality does not live up to it, not well maintained/cleaned. The locations is gorgeous. Will go back but will rent another home, not this one.

The home provided all necessary items for our stay and is conveniently located for direct beach access.

Almost Heaven was absolutely perfect!! The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The location can not be beat, it felt as if we could reach out and touch the water right from the deck! We will be returning!

We loved staying at Almost Heaven. No stairs to enter the home, which makes unloading extremely easy!! Spacious sitting area. Beautifully decorated. Rooms are large and the beds are comfortable! The bathrooms are up to date and the showers are like a spa! The stairs to the beach are not too much for someone to climb, if you have issues with that. We loved how there was a shower head attached to the stairs to wash your feet off each time. We highly recommend this property. We hope to come back next year!! You will be happy to stayed here!

Our visit was middle of December at Almost Heaven. The location was wonderful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and taking our dog on a beach walk daily. The property has a nice kitchen with plenty of space. We also appreciated the fenced in side yard.
