ALL'S WELL at this Beautiful, Ocean-Front Oasis!

This house is perfect for beach lovers. One step out the door and you’re on the beach. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s clean, well furnished and the perfect location.

This was our 5th time staying at All's Well and we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Topsail for Spring Break. Multiple times thorugh out our stay we are often saying This is the perfect house! Having all the main bedrooms on the main level is so helpful as my parents travel with us, so as they get older the less up and down stairs the better. The deck is one of our favorite locations of the house, for coffee while watching the morning sunrise, or an adult beverage as the sun sets. We can s it on the extended deck closer to the beach as the kids play in the sand at the bottom or play along the edge of the waves. We also love how private the beach is in the sense that it is not over-crowded with people. Granted, we are not there during high-tourism season, but being a little distance from public access is a plus! Betsy, the house manager, is super helpful if we need anything and quick to respond when needed. Diana, the owner is also so quick to respond if needed and rectify's any problems if one comes up. We truly feel at home year and look forward to our stay every year!

Very nice house.

We absolutely love Allswell and return every year. There are so many things that make this the perfect place. The house is situated perfectly on the beach, right at the dunes, so the walkway off the deck to the sand is very short, and the views from the deck are not blocked by other houses. It's a one-level house (except if you choose to use the den or gameroom), which means minimal schlepping of luggage and groceries up and down stairs. It's up high enough that the dunes don't block your views when you're inside the house (which we have found to be a common problem with other one-level houses on the island). And it's situated in an area without public beach access or any multi-unit housing, so the beach the is always unbelievably private. We also can't say enough about the owner (Diana) and house manager (Betsy). Great communication, very prompt to reply about any questions, immediately available on-site if the need arises, and they go above-and-beyond to make sure your stay is excellent. The house is always clean and well-maintained, and Diana continues to invest in the property so we always love to see what update has been done each year when we arrive. :)

Our blended family of 11 stayed for a week from July to August. We were easily able to check in and parking was ample for 4 to 5 cars. We enjoyed use of the downstairs areas (a furnished garage and a sitting room) and the upstairs locations. Our favorite part was the beach view and access. Whenever we needed something, the property manager across the street was readily available to answer questions. We had space for family meals and plenty of seats inside and outside on the deck. The family throroughly enjoyed the opportunity to fellowship together.
