Alloro Home / 2 BR Neighborhood Home, 1 mi to Mayo Clinic

We were in Rochester for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. This house is very close to the Mayo campus and especially the West garage allowing you to avoid a lot of closed roads, detours and confusion with all the current construction. The house was very nice....plenty of space, clean, and had absolutely everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable with a TV in each bedroom. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Cozy, warm house and nice neighborhood. Bathrooms were a challenge for mobility limited family as upstairs did not have full shower and 2nd bath in basement. Both with tubs. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property as part of our 25-day stay on the Mayo campus, it was so incredibly comfortable, great proximity to the clinic, nice neighborhood, and had everything we needed to feel right at home for a long stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for the 2024 dance nationals. It was the perfect home. Very welcoming and felt like i was visiting family. We will be back next year

My husband is a patient at the Mayo Clinic so finding a place close by worked out so well. This wonderful home is about 4 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic and a block away from anything else you may need. Becca is the host and communicates very well with instructions a day before we arrived. This included where to park in the driveway, door passcode and her phone number in case we needed anything else. When we arrived it was very cold out and the wind chill was below zero but we got in the home and it was toasty warm! The house looks small from the outside but it is not. This home has two very nice bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Having two bathrooms is a plus and I loved how big the vanity was in the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen I can't even explain how well she has this stocked with every appliance, dish, utensil, glassware, etc you will ever need! We didn't have to share a steak knife or anything!! So many places that we have stayed at don't have the most simple things like barbecue thongs or a pizza cutter. Well, you will not run into that here! By Saturday the weather was better and we decided to grill out. The grill was ready to go with a full propane tank! We loved this place so much, it was hard to leave.Thank you Becca for letting us stay at your lovely home! We hope to stay here again soon! Great job, Becca!

The property was a block off a main road with groceries restaurants, etc. The house itself was cute and quirky and totally comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Fairly quickly we realized this was one of the most comfortable and home like VRBO properties we had experienced, which was important since we were going to be there five days. The home was very well furnished, with great seating and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet, with an easy commute to Mayo. This home is very well maintained! I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again, and would look forward to the stay!
