I booked a weekend getaway with family. We loved this house! There were 17 of us and we had plenty of space! Would definitely book again.

This is our third year staying at this property, and we have always found it clean and welcoming.

Overall, it was a great experience. We were a multigenerational bunch with 10 adults and 7 'kids' (ages 13 through 20). There was room for everyone! We never ran out of dishes, silverware, etc. We stayed during Thanksgiving week when there was a lot of cold and snowfall. Some parts of the house were on the colder side but it was not much of an issue as we had enough blankets and heated mattresses! The dishwasher gave out on our second to last day and they could not get it fixed so we got paper plates and made it work. This team was very responsive to our questions and with troubleshooting. We would definitely recommend the stay here to others as we are already contemplating returning in the summer to enjoy the pool!

We had a great trip to Allegan Orchards with family from out of state after our wedding. The place was the perfect size, had a great setup, and we had nearly everything we needed for our five day stay! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because there were some questionable cleaning spots that I felt could have been addressed that gave me the ick. Otherwise would definitely recommend this place to stay!!

Had a great stay with our group of 20! Plenty of room to spread out. The outside property was well taken care of and the kids had fun playing outdoor games, campfires and enjoying time in the hot tub. Would definitely return!

Property was superb and we all enjoyed the accommodations. One negative, a pair unwashed socks (not from our family) was discovered in the bed in the basement by my niece after sleeping there all night. Overall a very nice place and we would definitely stay there in the future.

Our group of family members usually numbers about twenty. We are able to make the accommodations fit our needs well. The pool and yard are great for activity. The house just works for us !!! We've been coming up here from central Illinois for 4 years now and hope to do more.

The property was near perfection! We had a small wedding reception here and we couldn’t be happier. It was the perfect place to host our most important friends and family. The house was clean, spacious, and cute! The two kitchens were helpful for storing dessert and leftover catering. The yard space next to the barn was big enough for a 30x45 tent, a dance floor, and two smaller pop up tents. The view of the large field in the back was beautiful. The house felt private with a good distance between neighbors. It was also only a 20 minute drive from south haven which has beautiful beaches and a cute downtown.

Very clean with beds and supplies for 25 people. Owner was very responsive to questions and even replaced the grill the next day when the auto starter did not work.

Property was perfect for our family get together. Well supplied, good location and the grandkids loved the pool.

This is an amazing property. Check in was a breeze. We did reach out to Rick a couple of times throughout our stay for various things and he responded within the hour even after hours which we appreciated. Very private place with no neighbors around and we never felt like we were on top of each other within the property.

Great property, clean and well kept. Great location to the beach and local towns.

Our family of 20 - 30 depending on who can make it ( ages 31/2 to 75 years old ) all gather yearly for a get together in various parts of the midwest in the summer Walkable, safe home and grounds are priority since had a toddler and a few older family members have mobility issues. The main floor had just a few entry steps and rest of main floor easy access. There are steps to lower level and a loft area but other family members stayed there The pool was enclosed by a safety fence completelyHouse was clean and host always available if needed Our stay was so much fun! The pool was the highlight. The area cities had so much sightseeing and shopping! Everyone wants to return for more fun next year! Thank you Rick for all your assistance Carleen R

We rented this home for a family reunion. The home is beautiful. The grounds are lovely. The pool and hot tub were the hit of the weekend. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The host, Rick, is very quick to respond to any questions. He's very accommodating. We will rent from him again!

We utilized the property for a large group of 20 who spent the weekend and for our wedding venue all in one stay. It was absolutely amazing from every angle and I would recommend it to anyone!

I stayed here with a group of 6 and we had MORE than enough space to spread out. We loved the property so much that we're already planning a return. We did have a brief issue HVAC issue, but Richard promptly contacted us about sending out a repair person and the issue was fixed very quickly. The location could not have been better! Tucked away and quiet, but 10-15 minutes from a variety of fun things! We didn't use the pool or many outside areas due to when we visited (April) but it was still a beautiful setting and we enjoyed the views. All in all, amazing value and definite top-of-the-list choice for the area!

Found this place that was not to far from Bittersweet Ski resort. Place had enough space for all the families that we had coming. Kids had a blast in the basement. Just FYI. noise travels really well in the house. Basement bedroom and sleeping area could hear everything going on upstairs.

We booked our stay at Allegan Orchards for our family during the holidays and had a wonderful experience. The home is clean and comes equipped with everything you need more for a large group/family. The home is located within close proximity to other charming towns in MI and lots of wine tasting spots. We absolutely loved our stay and plan on coming back in the Summer! Thank you

A perfect space to gather and enjoy. We loved the large, incredibly well supplied kitchen that was open to the living area for easy conversation and family togetherness. The snow was amazing so we were able to XC ski and snow shoe right on the property and then warm up in the hot tub. Thanks for allowing us to use this special slice of heaven.

This is the location we have now chosen for the second year to have our annual holiday family gathering. While we are not able to enjoy some of the outdoor amenities such as the pool because of the season (WINTER!), we very much enjoy the accommodations of the house and the cleanliness of it. We look forward to hopefully returning next year.

We stayed with 2 other families and thought the house/property was great. There was plenty of play space indoors and outdoors for the kids to run around and play. Plenty of seating in the house as well. It was clean and comfortable. Hot tub worked great as well as appliances. We’ve stayed at a lot of vrbos together and this was definitely the best value so far. Communication with the host was great as well. We really didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay very much. Our family (adult children and grandchildren) chose this property to gather from all over the state and other states to celebrate Christmas together. Worked out perfectly! Lots of room, (lots of room for little ones to run plus the tweens had fun in the lower level), open floor plan, each family had their own area in the house for privacy when desired. There was every kitchen appliance you could think of and ample dinnerware and glassware. Host was quick to respond to questions. Our family even used the outdoor hot tub! Would definitely recommend.

Great facility

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful. Oval beach (in top 25 us beaches) was really beautiful. It was well stocked and a Crane's Pie Pantry right down the road serving breakfast and lunch. It rained but there was still alot to be doing. Will be going back. Thank you.

Lots of rooms and bathrooms for a very comfortable stay with all the details considered. Our host immediately repaired a broken garbage disposal and burned our lightbulb in one room. Every appliance was available to make our stay comfortable and convenient.great location to wineries and short drive to Saugatuck.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The kids had a great time in the pool. One of the door knobs broke and the owner messaged me back quickly and got it fixed that day. It was a great place to stay!

The outdoor space was perfect! And the location was ideal for our stay.

This home is very spacious and the grounds are beautiful. You can tell much thought was put into the decor in the home and what renters may need while staying there. Pool is very large and hot tub and fire pit were great. We did not like the idea of paying the additional fee to heat the pool. It was the first time we have had to do that for any home we have rented. My family has been renting large homes for our reunions over twenty years and this one was definitely one of the best. Location worked out great. We like privacy for our rentals and this one definitely was private. Rick, the host, was very pleasant to work with and responded to my messages very quickly. Thank you.

This was our fifth stay at Rick’s place. As usual we had a great time. Perfect for our family, plenty of room and a great pool.

We had a great time here. It's wonderful for large families. The pool was fun, the house had several extras and we had privacy. I would definitely recommend it.
