All Year Indoor Pool & Sauna ~ Hot Tub ~ Fire Pit ~ Game Room ~

We had a fantastic stay! The house had everything that our large group needed or wanted. We enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub immensely. Tina and Boris were accessible and accommodating for our families. We already started talking about next year.

Beautiful, spacious home and very clean. The pool house is absolutely out of this world—better than expected! Boris and Tina were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We made amazing memories here with family and friends and would definitely stay again.

House is beautiful with plenty of space. Perfect for a large family get away! The house includes a built in pool, sauna and hot tub! Library too! There is plenty to do for all ages! Owners checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend this house!

Kitchen was huge and looked really nice! Very suitable for family gatherings. The home is very comfortable! The indoor pool is amazing!! 5 Stars!

Host was responsive starting before check-in. They gave us a call to ensure we didn't have any questions. They also provided a home guide that was full of great information. Plenty of room to park 5-7 cars. The hosts responded to all texts within 5 minutes. The indoor pool and sauna were great! Easy to use and there were good instructions within the home guide. I do wish the host sent us a text to let us know that someone was coming to fill the pool. Kitchen was very spacious and had plenty of plates, flatware, etc. There were only 2 paper towel rolls that were readily available and no cleaning spray to wipe down the counters after each time we cooked. I reached out to the host and they provided us access to the cleaning supply closets.The house had plenty of space to host 5 families, but was not perfect. One bathroom (second floor) had a tub with no shower curtain, which made for an awkward showering experience. All the doors were very thin, especially in the first floor bedrooms. The bedroom attached to the first floor bathroom could hear everything going on in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. All beds and pillows were not very comfortable. There were a lot of ants that were on the floor of the dining area connected to the kitchen. We didn't have food or anything on the floor. We noticed there were ant catchers in some areas of the home, and recommended they put more in the dining area. Kitchen could use more/larger dish drying racks.

We are an extended family of 14--8 adults, 6 children ages 1-8. We were looking for a summer vacation house big enough for all of us with a play area for the grandkids and a pool. This villa was perfect. And now that the pool is enclosed, everyone could relax around it all day without sunscreen worries. We really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well equipped (more plates, flatware, glasses, serving dishes, and appliances than any we have rented). Both eating areas (inside and out) were big enough to seat all 14 of us. Adults and children enjoyed the foosball and pool tables.The hosts are very accommodating. They answered text messages quickly and dispatched the local caretaker (who lives in the neighborhood) to handle any problems quickly.Highly recommended.

Great stay for large group. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Really large kitchen and plenty of room to gather and cook. Two TV sitting area was very convenient for everyone. Outdoor patio with grill sat everyone comfortably and the indoor pool was a fantastic bonus. Tina and Boris were great hosts and communicated well during the whole process. Would recommend it to everyone.

Just got back from an awesome stay at this house. The property is huge, very clean and in an awesome location. About a 5 minute drive to Shawnee mountain and with a lot of places to eat nearby. The main road has plenty of fast food restaurants, supermarkets and any other stores you might need on tour stay there. We had such a great time we are already booking for the summer time.

Me and my large family had a wonderful stay. House is spacious, was super comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need to have a great time. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a hit as well. I cook a lot and the large kitchen was just perfect. What great place to cook and well equipped as well. Overall we really enjoyed stain there, the host was super responsive and made our stay even better. Definitely coming back next summer!!!

We were a family of 11 adults and 4 children. The house was roomy and comfortable. we had s’mores out by the fire pit every night. We brought our karaoke machine and had karaoke contest and dance offs! The kids were able to swim in the pool even though it was October! had fun going to the Bushkill Falls, which was 10 minutes away and a huge candy gift shop that the kids loved! Tina was a great hostess and kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely highly recommend her home to anybody Looking for a fun family vacation!

Great location to waterfalls and small/ big hikes. Address provided on VRBO was different than what was emailed to me by the owners which led me and my guests to a wrong house upon arrival. Pool was leaking on a daily basis hence the water took extra long to heat. One of the rooms had a moldy and damp smell upon arrival & the dehumidifier tubs had a very strong unpleasant scent. The garage door did not lock (& the inside door to the house) - poor security. House is spacious but overall conditions need to be improved. Owners were very nice and responsive to our complaints but the problems could not be resolved during our stay.

This house worked well for our reunion. Wonderful common areas for the adults and kids to gather. Great pool and outdoor area/grill. We loved the spacious kitchen! Beds were comfy:)

Our whole family (16 of us plus one baby) stayed in this beautiful house to celebrate our 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of games and activities, and best of all: the pool. Every afternoon was spent in the pool. The adults also enjoyed the lovely huge kitchen and large eating areas, both inside and outside. There are also plenty of day trips to take and wonderful restaurants. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with.

We have been taking our ever expanding family on a family vacation for the last 20+ years and this house is a real standout !! Lots of room for a large family, great layout for time together as well as time apart, plenty of room for all 15 of us. The pool and outdoor area were perfect, clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed, and our children and grandchildren all agree that we want to come back here every year we can! And on top of all of that, Tina was a joy to work with, quick to answer questions, and checking on us regularly to make sure all was well. And the house manual that Boris put together was sooo helpful and gave us all the info we needed to get comfortable and feel at home right away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely, well equipped vacation home!
