What a comfortable property! Super well stocked with toiletries and pantry items. The beds were sooo comfortable. Loved the location and quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again.

For all sports families, this home is a short drive to the Arizona Athletic Facility. It was a clean, comfortable home base allowing our soccer player to relax between games. Unfortunately, we were there in early January and didn't get a chance to use the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the mountains are a short drive away for hiking and Door Dash had no problem finding us.

The house is equipped with anything that anyone would need or want for both short and long stays. The thoughtfulness and quality of all furnishings is impressive.

We enjoyed our stayed. The house was just right for our family. The weather was a bit crazy but we were able to enjoy the pool when it wasn't raining.

Perfect space for our family! Had everything we needed, close to golf, family activities, food, and shopping. Host was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. We travel to the area several times a year and plan to stay here again.

We stayed here in April 2023 for a month and loved it sooo much we came back for another month mid April to mid May. Laurie was wonderful to work with and we will be coming back in 2027 if available

Really enjoyed our time at this property. The home was clean and had everything we needed to just basically come on in and relax and enjoy. Great place for families as there are four bedrooms and plenty of room and a nice back yard and pool. Only thing I would change would be to ditch Direct TV as it has lousy programming. Also would have been nice to able to get the internet on the TV so you could stream shows. Overall a great place to stay, nice neighborhood and nice community with many things to do in the area.

We were in the area for an event with extra adults and kids and the home had everything we needed. Thank you!

Nice, quiet neighborhood in the FAR east valley. Quite a bit farther away from the things we were doing than we'd had liked though. The house was clean and comfortable. In all the VRBO's we've stayed at we've never had such a stocked kitchen! Only thing we found that was weird was the amount of food that was in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry. When we first opened the refrigerator saw that there was a 1/2 drank cup of a drink from McDonalds and a grocery bag full of what looked like leftovers (we did throw that away). Plus lots of food that we assumed was left over from other renters that maybe the cleaning people just never clean out. Lots of expired food (that we left). Same for the pantry, we've been in VRBO's that have spices, but never opened containers of chips and cookies and expired products. It was just very odd to us. The bathrooms too were very well stocked with towels and washcloths. But also with so many partially used body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles. Again, it was just weird to us since we've never seen that before at a VRBO we've stayed at. All in all we absolutely loved our stay at this house. We felt very comfortable because it was so homey. We did not use the pool because it was in December and too cold. But we did use the barbecue grill and sat outside. Only deducted one star on location because of how far out it was for us. Grocery store was close though! But our full experience was definitely 5 stars.

This was a lovely home! We traveled to the area for a family wedding. The location was great, short drive to places to grocery shop, eat, etc. quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome, our kids loved it! Perfect size home for our group, 3 adults, 2 small children, we had a lot of room to spare! Great communication with the owner, very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

It was a fantastic, relaxing stay. It was good value for the area and the property. We plan to stay there again if we are in the area.

Definitely will be back. The ranch was spectacular and cozy.

This house is perfectly set up for families. We had my (nearly) 2 year old grandson with us and the owners had a ton of toys, a pack and play, a highchair...everything needed to make this like home for him. Also, hairdryer, curling irons, so many things that you might not have remembered. Toothpaste, toothbrushes...I mean literally everything. The house is in a great neighborhood, the pool is awesome. If this is one of your choices...pick this one!
