    The property was perfect and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, given we cooked both nights and felt we had plenty of space to all cook and hangout. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for two families to move around the place without feeling like we were on top of each other. You can tell the owners take good care of their place and want others to enjoy what they love about their property. The only complaints I have are about the rental company, Vacasa. I first contacted them when we struggled to get into the unit. It was not obvious that you needed to use the deadbolt so we struggled a bit to get in and tried calling for quick support, but were left unsupported and eventually figured it out. My second inquiry was about the garage code so we could get easily into it when coming and going and they were more concerned about the number of cars we had than answering my question and providing the code. They then said we could only have one car and the garage clearly fits two. The property book from the owner states 2 or more as long as they are within the parking areas of the property. When we learned Vail pass would be closed for a few hours this morning, impeding our ability to go home as planned, we asked if we could get a little later for checkout given we had no where to go until the highway opens. They were not empathetic at all and were very rude with auto responses that didn’t even take into account our circumstances.

    This property was close to Beaver Creek, Christy's ski rental, and grocery stores. It was more spacious than the pictures showed. We loved the lovesac couch and big screen TV in the living room. Down the hall was a second living space where the 3 kids loved hanging out. There was a great book selection as well as games and puzzles. The kitchen was well stocked. We tend to cook most of our meals so after breakfast we paid to park at Elk ($12) then took the shuttle to the lifts and put our lunches in a locker ($25). After that we just paid $50 to park in 1 of the 2 garages near the lifts and kept our lunch in the car. Don't forget to get your free 3pm cookies near the lifts!

    House was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We skied Braver Creek. Easy location to get to slopes. Apres at house was so relaxing. Stay was extremely nice

    Condo was well stocked, and the layout was perfect for our family, Wi-Fi and cable worked well, and the patio was fantastic to enjoy the moon and stars in the evening. Refrigerator and stove are top of the line. Owners were excellent communicators throughout. Location was also great- easy access to Avon, Edwards and Beaver Creek. Would definitely stay here again!
