All season vacation rental steps to Moores pond. Great for family sun and fun

This place was amazing

We were very happy with our stay. With it being October, we needed to adjust the heat which was a little confusing. But Sam was quick call and walk us through it. The home was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice. We were in town for a wedding so didnt spend much time in the house but did see how close a cute little private beach was and enjoyed quiet mornings on the porch!

It listed a hot tub and that is why we picked this property.....was told there was never a hot tub....checked back to all correspondence and it was at top of the list of amenities.....would be happy with a credit of some kind for this.....also sheets were dirty on one of the beds/had to change them

House was in a perfect location to the pond and playground. My son enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

My husband and I spent a lovely 3-day weekend at Sam’s place in Tamworth. If you are looking for peace & quiet in the middle of natural surroundings this is the place to be. It checks all the boxes!

Perfect location - 5 minute drive from White Lake State Park, Hobbs Brewery and mini golf. 2 minute walk to playground and beach entrance. Beach area was perfect - small, clean, sandy. Even on a hot Saturday afternoon there was plenty of room. The house was as described and very clean. Communication was very easy. Overall great stay and will definitely rebook.

It was such a wonderful family reunion and our rental was the perfect spot. Close to the pond, two minutes away from laser tag and go carts, and only a short drive to ice cream and grocery store. The kitchen was gorgeous! And we absolutely loved the electric fireplace in the bedroom. The cousins were jealous. Thank you for making our experience so special!!

Sam was accessible and friendly. The house was all I expected.

House is cute and cozy, quint essential New Hampsire! The neighborhood is great, feel safe letting the kids ride bikes to the playground and basketball court that is rite down the street, beach is within walking distance also, house is on a corner lot but feels private, has a great setup, we hung at the fire pit and on the partially covered front porch. House came loaded with everything you need for a great stay.
