    Location was fantastic with a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. Like others have said there are a few things that need to be updated. Carpets for sure. Gas Grill could stand to be replaced as well.

    Great view and great location. End of season and unit needs some pampering, but I passed along suggestions and they are on it. Can't beat the view of the gulf, and the proximity to Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach is convenient. Also convenient - Publix was a 5 minute drive in the golf cart that we rented from another agency. The bikes were a bonus, too! Be aware that it is on a public beach (in fact that public access is adjacent to the house) and there are rules about setting up your umbrellas and cabana. Overall, we would rent again!

    The best thing this house has going for it is its location - steps from the beach, a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to Seaside, and a 1 minute walk to two local restaurants. The house being one story was also a plus when you have dogs. But the house itself needs some serious updating and deep cleaning. Many of the dishes and utensils were still dirty when we arrived and needed to be rewashed. Being a dog friendly house, there were a LOT of uncleaned pee spots from past renters (mostly on the bedroom carpets but we noticed one on the living room curtains). And all the bedrooms smell like urine because of this. There were also a few broken blinds and window fixtures when we arrived, and metal pieces had fallen off the roof onto the deck after it had rained a few times. We also had to buy extra hangers as one bedroom does not have a closet and there only a handful of hangers for all the bedrooms. You can tell this house has had a lot of people stay in it, and it needs its carpets cleaned at the very least. But it’s a good option if you have dogs and want to be close to Seaside.

    This house fit all of our needs. Location, Location, Location was amazing!!! You are steps from the beach and seaside. We got a golf cart but really didn’t need it as they provided bikes and it was a very short walk to seaside. It was so nice to have your private access to the beach! This house I highly recommend for the convince to everything. We will be back! Thank you for the memories we made as a family.

    This home is exactly as advertised. Location is perfect - a short walk to Seaside shops, across the street from bike path along 30A and jogging trails throughout Watercolor/Seaside, and a quiet beach in your backyard. The house is older and a bit worn, but clean and well kept. Public beach access is next to house, so you will see some heads walking by. Also, the town sanctions a teen beach party right outside, which makes it a little noisy until 10p or 11p but I didn’t find it disturbing. The home across from the public access walkway is under construction, but there was little activity and minimal noise. The house has a propane gas grill and a 4-cup basket-filter coffee maker. Officially it comes w/ 4 bikes but there were 6 when we arrived, as well as 4 boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach bocce ball set. I’D STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!

    We rented this beachfront home for 5 days and it was perfect. The location was great a short walk or bike ride down from the Seaside retail. It was quiet and very well appointed.
