All Decked Out | Private Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room

The alarm malfunctioned and the police showed up at 1:39 am the first night. Did not get fixed until the day we left. The refrigerator did not work and it was two days until we got a replacement and we lost some food. The first floor bedroom sheets were dirty with dirt and hair in the sheets

We loved the house and the location. There were broken items: towel rack, door knob, hand towel racks, ice makers We lost power due to weather and called the manager company and never received a call back.

One of showers did not work and they didn’t come out to fix it. Also the windows were dirty, the pool wasn’t heated so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The amount of money we paid we shouldn’t have these issues. Other than that we still had a nice family get together.

Very nice and great location. Everything you could want in an island getaway. Gourmet kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable beds and all well-furnished. The Spa doesn't heat but otherwise a very nice property.

Live and dead roaches were seen. Please have exterminator come and spray. The elevator was dirty. Lights out on back porch.

If you're looking for the perfect beach home this is it. Not only does it have amazing views, close to the boardwalk and plenty of rooms. The houat has an elevator which was perfect for all the groceries. The only reason why I can't give this 5 stars is because the down stairs ice maker wasn't working, and we had to call maintenance on a leak from the AC in the game room, but most of all the fridge wasn't cooling. I called maintencenon Saturday was told someone would come and no one did. Food went bad by the time we realized it wasn't working so we had to restock and use the small refrigerators and freezer. I am so grateful the house had extra small refrigerators. On Sunday before leaving we got late checkout, but whoever we spoke to didn't pass the message and housekeeping showed up when we weren't ready. All in all small things but this won't deter me from staying here again. Hopefully by then the fridge will be fixed. Can't wait till next summer! Beautiful home my family loved it. Thank you!

When I pay the amount of money that I did for a beach front house, I expect to have the basic things to go to the beach. The house doesnt have beach-pool towels, beach chairs, nor shades. We had to buy everything. The companies that rent beach equipment, dont service the area, because it is in the middle of nowhere. The floors were very dirty, the fridge takes a full day to cool drinks. The house looks new, but is not high end, for what they are leasing it for. There are much better places in that area for a couple thousands less.

We had an amazing time at “All decked out”. It's a great house for our group with room for all. The grandkids loved having the pool and the game room for after the beach. The location is great and love the views. We'll definitely be back next year!

Wonderful place to stay. Most enjoyable. Didn't realize that the golf cart was included until half way through the vacation. Will know better next time.

This house is lovely but SSVR needs to step way up as a management company. This house was advertised with 2 ice makers. One of the two is completely broken and was unplugged when we arrived. The second one makes very little ice (slowly) so we had to go and buy ice every day. The ocean front master shower did not work. The service tech from SSVR who came out said the part needed was out of stock at Ace and he was too busy to drive to Corpus for the part. That left us sharing a bathroom with the room next door for our entire stay. Housekeeping left only 9 bath towels total for a 5BR/5BA house and we had 14 guest. We requested more towels but they never showed up. There were two blow dryers in the whole house. One would expect a blowdryer in every bathroom when you are paying $8K for 4 nights. I've heard SSVR changed ownership 2 months ago. If I were a homeowner giving them 20% of my earnings I would be angry. SSVR should have the ice makers repaired, provide plenty of towels for all guests and a blowdryer for each bathroom and when a shower doesn't work - offer a discount on the rental. We paid for 5 bathrooms and got 4 and we all know how important having a private bathroom is to guests.
