All Decked Out - Modern holiday home with great covered outdoor entertaining space in handy location

We really enjoyed the property to it's full extent. It had great spaces for the age range of our group (young adults and two parents. Very comfortable and plenty of seating in and out. Loved the new flooring. We made use of the fireplace and roasted marshmallows. Thought the vacinity was great for both access to supermarket, beach etc. Good spot. Very pleased and would definitely stay again. Our experience of local toasted sandwich takeaway was disappointing - rude comments about us being Aucklanders arriving early - which we aren't even Aucklanders. However every where else we went was very hospitable and pleasant. Three markets - two local and then Waipu on the Sunday. Beauty weather for Labour Weekend. We did great Mangawhai Cliffs walk and another walk near bowling club. Would come back.

Great stay thank you so much the house was perfect. The bbq didn’t work but we called a friend the next day who said there is something to do with the new regulators that are causing issues. We did a google search and followed the instructions on how to reset the regulator and had it going the next night.Also we forgot to mention we had planned on myself to sleep out in the out house because my husband has had shoulder surgery and I can’t knock him but the heater the large panel heater had frayed wires on the cord so decided it was not safe to use it we have put it in the garage but I would suggest having this tested before it is used as it is a potential fire hazard. Thank you so much the house was perfect and we will be back again for sure

Home away from home, everything you need. Several spaces so plenty of room to spread out or hang out together. Covered in outdoor area great space. Fire outdoors and indoors which was great for a winter stay.

Good location, really good size for families with teens, and great that they allow dogs!

Was our second stay, great layout very private and a bonus we could take our outside dogs.

This property is fantastic, great for families and large groups of people because there is so much space. Great for pets as the property is fully fenced too. Very close distance to the beach too. Lovely property manager!

Stay was very relaxing weather wasn’t very cooperative wet and windy which didn’t leave much else to do but Bach was great with suppling Jigsaws and games. All in all a chillaxing time

We had a lovely getaway weekend. The house is nice, warm and clean with plenty of toys for children to play. We’ve enjoyed staying in this house and will re- visit it again. Thank you ! :)
