Stayed Jul 1, 2023The Rose Cottage is convenient to the store, ice cream store, Dip Net and bar. Screened in porch is the best!

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Quaint cottage in a working community by the sea. We all (5) loved relaxing on the screened in porch. Cottage was well stocked- microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, large lobster pot, nice towels and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher- the only thing short on was drinking glasses but not a big deal. Overall experience was great. We ate at the Dip Net (excellent food), shopped at the store( they are stocked with most everything you’ll need), coffee at Squid Ink everyday( great lattes), stopped at the Barn for a cocktail (met some friendly local s and a funny bar keep) and had ice cream at Jessica’s ice cream/bakery shop every night ( her cinnamon rolls and donuts are to die for). We all agreed…..we love the Rose Cottage and Port Clyde!

Stayed Jun 12, 2021We loved our two week stay at the rose cottage. It is an older historic home and has both the the quirkiness and charm that comes with a historic home. The location is right in the middle of town, so you can sit on the screened in porch and enjoy the activity around you. The host was extremely responsive to any of our needs and great to work with.
