Alexander Sunrise - Luxury Midcentury Retreat

We loved it!! Absolutely perfect for a getaway. The decor was so perfect and close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Very easy to get around. We will be back!

My wife, my mother, my three kids (5, 7, and 9), and I rented this house Labor Day weekend wanting a place to hang out and enjoy the pool for a few days. The good: The house is nice. They've redone the bathrooms and kitchen with really nice tile and fixtures. The casita and pool both seem new and are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with most of the pots, pans, utensils, etc you need for a pool weekend. It's also stocked with plastic plates, bowls and cups for use around the pool. The bad: I had to clean the pool because it was dirty when we got there. There were rocks in it, but Acme House Co wanted to argue about it. The plastic dishes for around the pool were put in the cabinet dirty. The gas line for the grill was really sketchy and I'm, from my experience in construction, probably isn't up to code. The ice machine in the fridge was broken. There were lights out. The handle was falling off a toilet. They spend a bunch of time telling you all the ways they'll kick you out and take your money if you make noise or dare have visitors, but there are noisy apartments next door and the locals in the neighborhood weren't exactly quiet. Despite the neighborhood not being perfect noise-wise I was made to feel like I had to worry about my kids making noise or they'd kick me out and keep all of my money and the cops would give me tickets and fines. It's a lot of threats for a place this poorly maintained. I would not rent from Acme again nor would I rent this house.

We recently stayed at this property in Palm Springs with six adults and one child, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was pristine and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The pool was a dream, especially for my niece who couldn’t get enough of it. The entire property was incredibly clean, and the management company was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Palm Springs!

Alexander Sunrise was the perfect place to stay for a reunion vacation of friends. The pool, spa, & patio were amazing, keeping us cool in the summer heat, relaxing us with the sound of water spilling over the spa edge, & giving us a quiet private place to talk (& for me to work on my early-summer Speedo tan). The views of palm trees and mountains were awesome, and the house's midcentury modern vibe was fun & bright. The location was central & close to so many sites & restaurants that we enjoyed. I especially enjoyed staying in the casita, and each of my 3 friends found their own room comfortable. The communication & logistics were flawless, & we had no problems at all. We felt welcomed & at home -- a quiet, enjoyable place to get away and catch up. This was exactly the kind of Palm Springs environment that we were seeking for our vacation. Highly recommended!

Our group of four couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alexander Sunrise house. The house, location and owner's guide were all excellent! Plenty of space to hang around and enjoy the house and pool, and close enough to enjoy the Indian Wells Tennis, Joshua Tree National Park hiking, and lots of super groovy local Palm Springs restaurants, history and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

House was amazing and everthing we expected it to be plus more. We loved it. 5 stars all the way. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Location was great. Property was amazing and the communication with the manager was fantastic. Absolutely love this place and will stay here again. Lots of amenities. Very clean. Comfy beds. Nice linens. Gorgeous relaxing back yard.

The property is pristine. It checked all the boxes for what we needed and wanted. The management company was very attentive and responsive
