Alegria Tropical...tropical Joy Next To The Beach!

The house is beautiful. It has everything you need to have a good time. It is well located, you could walk to the beach and can go to nearby beaches and other places by car. There are a lot of supermarkets close by car and highly recommend El Hornito restaurant, you can go walking and enjoy really delicious empanadas.

We cannot say enough good things about Alegria Tropical. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. The house was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and the pool area was awesome. All of the communication from our host was clear and came well in advance of our arrival so that we were prepared and knew what to expect. When we had a question about the security system, the house manager arrived in person to help us out, which was great. We were prudent and followed the suggested safety measures and felt totally comfortable for our entire trip. The location was perfect for us- a quick walk to the beach and some good restaurants. We didn't rent a car, but took Ubers everywhere, which was super easy. We loved Uvita and loved our stay at Alegria Tropical. We absolutely recommend it.

My husband and I went with our two friends and loved this house! The house is charming and we saw many birds and wildlife just in the yard. The parking and house were secure with locks and an alarm. The house is close to walk to the beach/national park and there is an Argentine empanada place a few minutes walk away that is well worth a stop. We enjoyed using the pool daily in the afternoons to cool off and relax. Beds are comfortable and AC in the bedroom is a nice touch. Plenty of space, and the owner is very responsive and helpful. We would happily book again next visit!!!

My two young sons and I loved our time here! The place is truly excellent in every way. Gorgeous home in a gorgeous setting, perfect pool, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, laundry on site (which we very much appreciated), lots of wildlife, great kitchen facilities for cooking. The instructions given before our stay were thorough and clear, and really made everything very easy. Would definitely return, and hope to!

very nice clean home. met all our expectations. it was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor shower. The home is in close proximity to a number of nice restaurants. overall, very nice and comfortable

We had a great stay here The cabin and grounds were amazing. Close to town and the beach. Cabin was well stocked and the atmosphere in the place was priceless.

Communication was great with explicit directions for both check in and location. We also appreciated the detailed information provided for the operations of everything in the house, The house was clean, comfortable, in a nice location within easy walking distance to the beach and decorated with love. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautifully decorated bungalow in Uvita. Even though the ocean is nearby, the pool was a very welcome refreshment.

Spectacular spot for a beach vacation!

Loved the pool and privacy of the yard. The beach was a 10 minute walk away no big deal, not pretty and water was very mucky and daily fee to get on beach, not a plus. The town of Uvita kinda dumpy. The towels, and sheets at the property need an upgrade, the beds were rock hard, so our backs took a beating. I had to buy hangers, as there were like 5 total, other than baby clothes hangers, not useful. Otherwise for the $ it was good.
