Pictures are true - place is bright, well appointed with the best of everything. Blocks to the beach and great restaurants. Nice touches like well stocked Nespresso Machine and snacks and water in the fridge.Great communication with the host - Highly recommend!!!

It exceeded every expectation, offering a luxurious escape perfectly situated for exploring Venice Beach as well as easily accessing all of Southern California. The location is unbeatable – a short, pleasant stroll to the vibrant boardwalk, Muscle Beach, the Abbot Kinney area, and fantastic restaurants, yet still peaceful and serene.Inside, the home is a masterclass in comfort and style. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, from the chic decor to the comfortable furnishings and spotless cleanliness. The well-stocked kitchen and lovely rooftop patio with spa were highlights. The bedrooms were tranquil havens, ensuring restful nights.What truly sets the Alberta Beach Loft apart is the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They were responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our perfect stay. Our travel plans were disrupted at every turn so by the time we actually got to the house, we were exhausted. Thankfully, with carefully set out check-in instructions and a comprehensive home guide, the hosts' thorough planning and preparations were a welcome relief and offered a reset on our vacation, taking it immediately from let's just go home to can't wait to come back!. This is easily the best vacation rental we've experienced – a true home away from home. Book it for an unforgettable Venice Beach getaway!Highly, HIGHLY recommend! 5 Stars!

This property is the kinda property you don’t even want to tell other people about. It’s that niceeeeee! It’s a hidden gem that is architecturally gorgeous, centrally located, close to the beach (easy breezy walk), with tons of natural light, off street parking, chef’s kitchen, and more….In addition to have comfy beds, privacy for all bc of the multiple levels, Eric is a great host….he is uber responsive, thoughtful, and detailed oriented. Everything you want and need when traveling and visiting places. As a result, it’s easy to see why this is our go to property in Venice and feels more like a home away from home! We def will stay again and recommend you do too!

I have stayed in 5 Star hotels, villas , homes and rental properties all over the world. I have had some questionable experiences with rental properties in the past, and I booked this property on a whim. The house is not only gorgeous, but perfect for individuals, families and large parties. The multiple levels allow privacy while still allowing guests to gather and enjoy each other's company. The home is spectacularly clean, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the small touches and extra amenities were not lost on me. The home is in a great location, and as a single woman traveling alone, I I never once felt unsafe. Lastly, the host is wonderful. Not intrusive, but easily accessible and very accommodating. I absolutely recommend this property.

This is a modern, large, beautiful home that matches the listing. A great location which is walkable to Venice Beach. Eric, the host, is friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Eric’s property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we checked in until the end of our stay, the home was full of comfort and beauty. Centrally located is a passive way of saying how close everything was. On a personal note, Eric was one of the most gracious individuals that I’ve ever met and was incredibly accessible upon arrival and if there was anything to communicate about. Would highly recommend and would love to enjoy a future visit.

A perfect home to stay in while twin daughters visited colleges. Every detail was thoroughly presented and ease of operating a ‘tech home’ was easily explained by the owners. Beautiful spaces with ample room to spread out and relax.
