Such a nice simple, clean cabin. Did see a roach in the kitchen but it is in the woods so pretty expected. The screened in porch was nice. The host was super nice to communicate with and got us an early check in when we asked. Plus there’s a CAT that lives outside and is so sweet. Definitely would book again!

The cabin was clean, well equipped for cooking, entertaining kids. Ariel, the cabin cat was perfect for cuddling with while rocking on the porch drinking coffee and listening to the birds in the forest. Hunter and Christin answered all communication quickly and efficiently, I cannot wait to make it back to Alabama and stay at the cabin again.

Our host was very gracious & everything was easy. Grt communication. Spacious well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would add would b a few more side tables & night stands for visitors in living & bedrooms & an extra recliner or small sofa around TV 4 families to all have comfortable seating . Historic building & the best part was the outside camp kitty. So cute & sweet! Definitely stay again

Very cozy! Loved our time there! Close enough to Candyland but also enough out to be away from all the “hustle and bustle”

This cozy, well-decorated cabin feels just like my grandma’s cabin growing up—warm, welcoming, and full of charm. It’s perfectly remote, nestled at the edge of a forest park with tons of local wildlife, hiking trails, and nearby fishing spots. Best of all, it’s still within driving distance to the gulf if you want a beach day. If you're looking to unwind and reconnect with nature, this place is a hidden gem. We hope to be back soon!

The actual cabin is simply fantastic and the location is exactly where you need to be if you are looking to go fishing, herping or turkey hunting. Absolutely FABULOUS!

Very large house located in a secluded wooded area. Overall, we found it very convenient and relaxing. It had a homey feeling like staying at grandma's house. We went to Candyland, and it was very fun for Christmas.
