Airy home with private heated pool, firepit, grill, enclosed backyard, cornhole

We rented this house last minute, due to a cancelled reservation elsewhere. First impression is that the house is a little dated, but it really is just perfect. It's super close to Safeway, and everything in Goodyear and Litchfield Park. Key question: would I book it again? Yes, absolutely! Also: the owner responded really quickly to our questions.

The house location is perfect. You can walk to a lot of restaurants. Close to the ballpark. Amenities were adequate. The property could use a bit of updating, showing some wear. 2 of the TV’s weren’t working. Our main objection is that it is advertised as a heated pool. In the fine print it was an additional charge per night.

Good: great house in safe, gated community and location.Bad: keypad didn't work and took an hour in the dark to gain access through lockbox key. Same complaint filed months ago and never addressed. No propane in two tanks so grill wasnt available and none to be found locally, no broiling pan in stove as a plan B to grill, entry light out and dark at night, asked about turning on ice maker and all my communications ignored until after i left. Couldn't get master TV upstairs to work. 4 remotes on downstairs table with zero instructions on how to connect, would've been helpful , but nephew figured it out. Zero help once you're there. . not worth 300.00/night. I wouldn't return, too many better options.

Pros: The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Once we were in, the stay was pleasant. Furniture and amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. Representatives were knowledgeable and helpful. Cons: Front door deadbolt keypad is broken (correct code did not unlock the door) and NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. A representative successfully provided an alternate entry method via text message.

Beautiful, relaxing, well equipped with all the amenities you'll need, in a great area lots of shopping, restaurants and recreational stuff to do! Would definitely stay there again!

Central location for traveling to the various ballparks we wanted to attend. Spacious area to come back and relax after a day at the ballpark. Enjoyed the BBQ grill and pool side table to take in the Arizona sunshine. Just a bit chilly to enjoy the pool (not sure how heated it is).

Quiet and peaceful

The property is in a gated community which was great for the reassurance of safety. Parking in the garage was much appreciated. The property was very clean. There was an open line of communication during the stay which was much appreciated. Next time I’m in Arizona, I will be booking this property again. Thank you
