Stayed Apr 29, 2025Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We were in for a golf tournament and the house was super close to Red Hawk golf course. Very clean home…very spacious and well kept. The host was incredibly responsive and we were able to check in a little early as well. I would highly recommend if you need a home in the area.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024We didn’t have water when we arrived at 2:30 until the next day at 10:15, the host was apologetic and left a nice gift but the whole situation was frustrating since we had to go to other families homes to shower and buy water to use the toilets. The house was very nice and clean it was a freak accident but it was very inconvenient for us

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was in the perfect location for our family event in Spanish Springs. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and only 15-20 minutes away from the Sparks Marina area. We had no problems during our visit but the host was very responsive to my text messages. The house was in great shape and still has that new house smell. COLD air conditioning and quiet neighborhood. Check out WinCo for your discount groceries (debit card or cash only) or Raley's for a more premium grocery experience. Also, stop by the See's Candies store (near Costco) for some free samples and yummy gifts to take home. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2023pictures did not match condition of property, not very clean, large mud area in back yard was kind of an eye sore, we only used this place for overflow sleeping for a family event, I would not book it for a family vacation

Stayed May 11, 2023This house was very beautiful and clean overall a great stay.. check in was easy and the house had a lot of useful items. The kitchen is full of helpful items to cook when traveling. The jacuzzi was awesome. Little things I would improve would be the fire pit was broken and we were bummed there was no replacement.. also the propane tank was empty and we had to purchase a replacement. Wifi did not work for me however I didn't realize it till the last night and did not bother trying to reach out to owner. Even with these minor issues I would definitely stay again!.
