Stayed Oct 12, 2024Very comfortable house with nice porch that's about a five minute walk to the beach. Has a well equipped kitchen and big table for family meals. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store and other shopping in Oak Bluffs.

Stayed Jul 17, 2022We stayed at Cummings house for one week this July 2020. It was a family gathering with 10 adults and 2 small children. We really felt like the location on narragansett was perfect for our needs with the beach at the end of the street, the common lawn area for flying kites after dinner ,the ferry and downtown oak bluffs all only a short walk away. The location was a big asset for this home We also rented bikes and used the bike path quite a bit riding between oak bluffs to Katama and passing through edgartown. The bike path started almost at the end of the street and could be accessed using back roads which was also a big plus for us We had a wonderful time in the evenings sharing the days activities and rocking on the porch rockers as well as sitting around the table on the porch and in the dining area inside. The split air conditioning Units were perfect for sleeping as each room could control its own temperature at night and we were very comfortable in that respect. This was the perfect getaway for us !

Stayed May 19, 2022We had a great stay for a girlfriends getaway weekend. It was an easy walk from the ferry close to town, very clean and had the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. There was a minor problem with the shower and they had someone come out the next day to fix it. But stay again and recommend!

Stayed May 12, 2022We rented the house for a girl's weekend and it was everything we needed. The house was clean and exactly like the description. Lots of dishes in the kitchen and all the kitchen electronics you could use. Walked to downtown Oak Bluffs and a quick walk to the beach. The two spots in the driveway were big enough for our two SUVs. Only negative was there was not enough toilet paper for 11 ladies. 2 rolls per bathroom. We ran and got some, but plan to bring your own. We will be back in the future!

Stayed Nov 24, 2021This house was perfect for our family. The accommodations were just ask described and even more. The number of bedrooms and beds fit our family, we actually had an extra bed available. I made thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had everything I needed. The host was available for questions and responded promptly. We arrived a little early due to the scheduling challenges with the ferry and the host accommodated our early entry. I would book with this host again.
