Our 4 Cottages are in Pacific Beach, only 5 blocks from the Beach. This is a great location, close to everything you will need but also quiet and private enough for you to relax in the cottage watching some movies or sipping your favorite drink. Cheers!

This listing is for one cottage (cottage #4) but you can inquire about renting 2, 3 or all 4 units if you want to have a big family reunion and have the whole place for that!

These 4 classic beach cottages have been lovingly restored and upgraded with great amenities. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach and bay you will have easy access to a variety of fun things to do. All within a few blocks you will find: grocery stores, department stores, bars, restaurants, unique boutiques, and more. Some of these include: Ralph`s, Trader Joe`s, Sprouts, 710 Club, World Famous, Lahaina Beach House, Joe`s Crab Shack, Brandy Melville, Urban Outfitters, Yogurtland, and so much more!

Share stories of the adventures of the day, or reminisce about days gone by. Or, take your bottle of wine to your cozy bedroom for time alone. HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

Pet Policy:
-Only one adult dog allowed (up to 20lbs) per stay
-Dog must be house trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture
-Pet fee: $100 non refundable
-Guests assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pets during the stay

Those fees are not included in the price shown by the booking platform and should be paid before check-in.

If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay a $500 cleaning fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.


Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.


Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.

    the floors of the unit made the bottom of my feet black the 1st night until i went out and bought a mop and bucket and mr clean to scrub the floors the black spots on the floor is filth it needs to be cleaned with a machine not a swifter

    This location can’t be beat and the property manager is easy to communicate with. However, the bed mattress is horrible, the sleeper sofa is broken, the bathroom is tiny, the washing machine and dryer are not cleaned well. The smoke detector battery died and no replacements. The parking is very tight that two cars, especially SUVs don’t really fit. Great location but wouldn’t stay here again.

    We were in town for the 4th and a baseball tournament. We absolutely enjoyed our time at the cottage. It had all the amenities we needed and was a short walking distance from the beach and bay area. Perfectly located for shopping and dining. We will definitely be back.
