Ain't Life Grand - Pacific Grove House - Beach + Town

This was a lovely house with lots of walkable options for food and scenery.

We were thrilled with how accommodating Kyle was. The property was super clean and well maintained.

We had a great stay at Pacific Grove. The apartment has everything you need and plenty of space for everyone. The location is great, and the beds were very comfortable. You can hear the piano music from the school next door but it didn’t concern us, it added to it. My only feedback is to also have some dish cloths and tea towels available, I couldn’t find any so when I wanted to wash the dishes instead of using the dishwasher it was difficult to dry them.

Wonderful place and perfect location in Pacific Grove. It comes with a parking too! It’s our 7th year of staying for 21 days. Countless restaurants, markets, and bakeries just a walk away. Lover’s Point for walking/biking just down four blocks. This is where we’ll stay again for sure!

We loved our stay! The house was in the perfect location — walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, and even a grocery store. Stepping outside and seeing the ocean just down the street felt magical, especially with the morning mist and the sound of seagulls greeting us each day. It was the perfect Pacific Grove getaway!

The space was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to the activities we wanted to do while visiting Pacific Grove.

Great location. Nice walks along the ocean front, easy walk to cannery row and to variety of restaurants. Easy drive to Carmel and Big Sur. The apartment was clean and comfortable, just like the pictures. Definitely recommend this location. One thing that was not good, but also not horrible was next door is a piano instruction center. From about 5 to 8pm there was someone getting lessons and you can hear the piano between the walls. If you had the TV on or music playing in the apartment you wouldn't hear it, but when silent in the apartment you definitely hear the piano. I took my 5 rating to a 4 because of the surprise piano noise.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to all the businesses on Lighthouse was ideal.

This downtown Pacific Grove location was the perfect base camp for exploring the Monterey area. The listing should note the music school next door.

My family stayed here for a long weekend (husband and two small children). We love Pacific Grove’s and always try to stay somewhere close to Lighthouse st. This location was perfect. The place itself was very comfortable with great amenities. My husband especially enjoyed that huge tv for football Sunday. We ate at Rodolfo’s just around the corner and were a very short drive to Monterey bay aquarium. Highly recommend

You can’t get any closer to the action in PG than this! Walking distance to everything you want to go see. Parking spot was nice to have. Beds were very comfortable. Ne aware the second bedroom is directly above the master and you can hear pretty much everything. Very limited supply of “stuff” in kitchen and bathrooms - but that’s just my personal opinion. I’m used to full cupboards and accces to the simple things like foil, paper towels and coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone. The home is absolutely beautiful inside and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to Lover’s Point and the cute little town with lots of restaurants and shops.

Nice place, great location, but no hot water! We called and they told us to reset the water heater, it only worked 10% of the time. Not fun taking cold showers!

A fantastic home that is very well updated, in an awesome location right off Lighthouse blvd walking to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We really enjoyed our stay.
