Stayed Mar 31, 2025Convenient location, clean, and photos were true to the property’s furnishings and condition. Well appointed kitchen (note that the owner doesn’t allow renters to use the fridge water or ice maker…they consider doing so a liability). Really nice to have a garage. The owners don’t control the community pool so no stars docked, but note that if you are wanting a very nice pool, this isn’t it. It’s small with only one shade option. Neighborhood is gated and quiet.

Stayed Mar 17, 2023This was the perfect house to rent for a month. Nice community, close to amenities: hiking, mountain bike riding, motorcycle, walking, gyms, shopping. The owners very friendly & helpful with anything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year!

Stayed Apr 11, 2021This is a must stay home when visiting phoenix. Very easy access to almost everything. Awesome mountain views, clean and safe neigborhood. I like the arragement of the home. Its stocked with all essentials.. the owners were very friendly and readily avaible if needed.
