AGUERREKOBORDA is a new detached house, built in 2023, near the village of Sare. The cottage is spacious and comfortable and offers unobstructed views of the Rhune. It comprises: On the ground floor: garage with washing machine On the 1st floor (accessible on one level): - a living room with an equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer), living room, and lounge area with a pellet stove - a bedroom with a double bed - a shower room/toilet -a toilet On the 2nd floor: - a bedroom with a double bed - a bedroom with four single beds - a landing with two single beds - a shower room/toilet Bed linen and towels are available for rental at an additional cost. Electric heating and a pellet stove are included in the rental price. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture, from which you can enjoy views of the Rhune and the village. You will be staying 1.6 km from the village of Sare, where you will find shops, a swimming pool, restaurants, and summer entertainment.
