Great place and location for a quick weekend in College Station or Bryan

House was perfect for our group and had everything we needed!

GREAT place. Clean, great location, and host is very responsive.

We can’t say enough about this home…it was just what we needed to power through a soccer tournament and still find time to relax and enjoy ourselves! The home smelled clean and fresh, was well stocked with supplies for making meals, and had a homey feel right from the start. The host is super responsive and helpful! We will definitely keep this as a favorite for next time!!

Great communication, host was very responsive and kind. good stay for just one night. Quiet neighbor. VERY comfortable beds. Can’t remark about kitchen supplies as we only used the Kurig. We brought our own pods but there were ones available to use. :) Found towels and linens very scented from detergent used. My personal sensitivity and no reflection on home. Fenced home good for traveling with our dog and host provided dog bags to use. Thanks.

Overall is was a nice place. Good location. Master bed was firmer than our preference and pillows were very flat. Definitely needs more extra blankets. Ones in closet are small and thin. Items were left in the fridge, including alcohol, so that was a little weird. Backyard was nice but a little disarrayed compared to pics. Everything else was good and clean.

Great back yard and wonderful for pets. Everything we could need was stocked, including detergent for the washer. Communication was outstanding with the host. House was comfortable and clean. TVs everywhere! It was a great stay, it really felt like home.

Our stay was very pleasant everything we could possibly need was provided in the house it was so clean, abundance in towels. Felt safe with an extra safety of being able to park the car inside the garage. Will definitely consider staying there again when back in Bryan

Well stocked, easy access and nice home.

The host accommodated three dogs which meant a lot to me, my husband, daughter and son-in-law. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfortable. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The house was clean. We stayed three nights while we were in town for a family wedding.

The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. It was a wonderful spacious home with a large fenced in yard for our two dogs. We will definitely be staying there again when visiting our daughter!

Quiet area, husband loved the backyard. It had everything we needed for the week we stayed. Definitely would stay here again.

We felt welcomed, the house is beautiful, very good conditions and we were no worried about supplies, everything was there and the instructions were very simple and clear.

The hostess was very helpful with check-in information. This was the most fully-stocked house we have stayed in, in quite a while. Lovely, clean and good-sized house for our dinner gathering.

The house was a great place for our family to gather.

The home was spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen island was great for the whole family to pitch in on our Thanksgiving dinner prep. The littles had space to play while we cooked and the large kitchen table was great for dining and for family crafts.

Great stay

The kitchen was fully prepped, and everything was very clean. The only thing we didn’t have were towels in the bathroom when we first arrived, but we easily found them in the laundry room.

Great location for our family to stay in town for a few days. House was wonderful with lots of perks. Host was super responsive. We will rent this location again.

We loved this house! It felt just like home and was exactly what we needed with our 2yr old and 4yr old with us. The microwave wasn't working when we arrived, but we let the host know and she immediately ordered another one for us to use that arrived that same day. I was super impressed.

This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure!

Owner has everything stocked and is very responsive. She seems like a lovely person wanting to make sure you have what you need to enjoy your stay. You feel like you are visiting a family member’s home.

Adorable house, just as pictured. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. It was clean with good amenities. We really enjoyed the comfy sectional couch to watch movies. Would definitely stay again.

My family stayed in Abigail’s home during the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches /Texas UIL Girls Basketball showcase. Five adults and a couple fur babies in our group. The home was very clean with extra everything easily accessible. Smart tv’s everywhere. USB’s at the bedsides. Washer and dryer. Outside covered sitting area and fast internet. The cherry on the top is a nice quiet neighborhood with a very pretty city park just a short walk, 4 tenths of a mile away. A great place to take small children and pets.

This was our second stay at this property. It's hard to find a place that accepts cats and the host was very accommodating on that front. The house was comfortable and is just a short drive from downtown Bryan, but getting to the University was pretty quick too. The neighborhood is quiet, and well off the main roads without being isolated. We enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay her again.

It was a great 3 days cozy and nice. The back was awesome to entertain family and friends after graduation.

Want there long but the time we were was vary comfortable

We had to come to town for a very complicated surgery for one of our labs. Property was great and met our needs. Abigail was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Very nice house. Beds were very comfortable. Will stay again. Street is narrow for parking and backyard fence is in poor shape. There is a boards holding up one portion. The lawn was not cut due to rain but the owner had excellent communication and got the lawn cut for us.

This property was absolutely adorable and the perfect place for our daughter’s engagement party. The host was so great and way to communicate with and responded quickly.

This was my first time to Bryan College Station. We were in town for a weeding and had our dogs traveling with us. The place was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfy!! Great stay!

They had everything you could possibly need. I left some items at home and she had it there! Tons of towels and sheets. They had very comfortable beds and couches, beautiful patio area, all the basics you need for cooking and absolutely beautiful decorations. I can see why they consistently get a 10 out of 10. If we ever go back to this area in Texas, this is where we will stay!

All of the small details made this trip so easy and the space was perfect for my family and friends to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M. We came in for the UT/TAMU game and stayed here. The house is so comfortable, well-appointed with items like bubble bath and kitchen spices, and an incredible back covered area with a TV. This was such a fun home! It was an easy drive to campus. Bryan is a bit run down but this home was beautiful. We will definitely come back.

Great stay

Our stay was great. The home is clean, well stocked with those immediate needs (coffee) and whatever a person needs. Simple to navigate around the house. For me and my daughter & her family, it was a perfect size.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the A&M vs LSU game.

We really enjoyed our stay in October. We hosted our daughter's Aggie Ring Dunk at the house and there was plenty of space. The backyard was a perfect spot to have the dunking. Communication with the host was great. The entire house was so functional and everything was clean and well kept. We were only 15 minutes from campus. The only reason I gave 4 stars or the neighborhood was because there is not a lot of street parking in front of the house, but the driveway can accommodate 3 cars and our guests just had to go up 1/2 a block to park, so it was not bad at all. I would rent this house again.

We enjoyed this house quite a lot. We were in town for my daughter's wedding with family and although most of our time was off the property at all the wedding activities, we found this house clean, nicely decorated, lots of little things to make our stay excellent. The owner was always accessible, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great place to stay.
