Beautiful. Carefully curated decor. Very responsive hostess. Surprisingly quiet: there was a party starting nearby when I arrived, but the garden is fenced (and very inviting) and there were no problems. Cozy, confy & it was wonderful. Ill be happy to stay here again next time at A&M. Recommend with any hesitation. Small, perfect for a single.

The property was very cute with everything you need. Nice kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is in a great area very close to campus and Blue Baker which is a great cafe for breakfast. The property needs some maintenance. The bed frame was broken which caused it to sag in the middle and the pull out couch in the living room was also broken which cause it to be tilted. The air conditioners were great at keeping the rooms cool but the one in the bedroom was very loud which woke us up at night. We were able to fix some of the issues temporarily and the property owner was very helpful when we brought these issues to her attention.

Great location to campus. Perfect size for 2 people. Back patio was private with a nice breeze. Property is clean and decorated very nice. Kitchen was perfect size. Thank you for the cofffee pods. Bed squeaks when you move and the pillows are very flat. Would stay again. Thank you.

I had a great two-night stay with my fur baby. Everything was well stocked and clean. Host quick to respond. The added plus was the cute back yard to let my dog out to roam and not have to worry about her getting out.

Check in was very simple, it was so nice to not have to keep up with a key!The building looks small outside but when you go in it's a good size. I was impressed with the bathroom size most of all.The bedroom bed slept good but well, y'all know pull out couches, there's always an evil bar. They had extra pillows (we brought our own) so we just laid that on the bar!Everything you could need for cooking including flour and sugar is neatly tucked in the kitchen.Loved the decor here, and the outdoor seating! We had a little hiccup with one of the AC units (as things age they just stop working) and it needed to be replaced. The owner was very quick to respond and get someone out!Would love to come back when visiting family again.

This property was great for what we needed (it is very cute) but there were a couple things that we think could be better. Response rate was kinda slow, directions were a little confusing for parking, and unfortunately there were bugs in the bathroom.

While this cottage was conveniently located very close to A&M campus, that's about all that was good about this cottage. The pictures alone made it look bigger and brighter than this place actually is.As soon as my husband & I walked in the door, there was an overwhelming musty smell. Then, when my husband went in the bathroom, he was swarmed by several tiny flies. He discovered that these flies are called drain flies & they are due to a dirty drain (sink). This place definitely needs some updating - the bathroom fixtures were shoddy & the shower water was barely hot, if lukewarm. While aspects of it were quaint, there were several noticeable issues (trash was full in the can outside, hammock was torn in two, there were weeds growing through the deck, the bathroom towels were stained, the AC needed a good cleaning). Also, it was listed as providing coffee but there was none. Although the host did try to make up for the coffee & other issues with a bottle of wine, it was too little too late.A little updating & upkeep would make a huge difference.

This guest house was perfect for my husband and I - and our 2 dogs. All the amenities (small kitchen, comfy living room, comfortable bed and bath, keypad for entering, fenced in yard, across the street from Thomas Park). It was clean, quiet and the host was very responsive to our questions.

I was traveling to College Station for a wedding and booked this cottage for my stay. It was in a perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Even though you were in town, it didn’t feel like it. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The cottage had the cutest decor and was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend and book again 😊
