Welcome to Agave Sun! This beautifully updated coastal home is the perfect rental for an unforgettable vacation. This home offers 2 living areas with ample seating, a tropical screened-in pool area, sleeps up to 10 total guests, and is in close proximity to everything you could want or need on vacation! Located in a prime location in Bradenton, you are just a short drive from local groceries, dining, shopping, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When pulling up to the property you will immediately notice the beachy vibe incorporated through the well manicured landscaping in the front. When walking into the property you will be greeted by a massively open floor plan that melds together the dining room, first living room, and kitchen while allowing natural lighting to pour into the home through the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the kitchen you will also find a breakfast nook with a view of the pool and a second living room just next too it with access to the pool area.

Heading to the kitchen you will be dazzled by the sleek, modern cabinetry that is accented with shiny new stainless appliances. The kitchen is the heart of the home and easily accesses both living rooms while still offering a view of the pool so you never miss a beat with your family and friends. Want to sit down and eat The home offers a dining table that can seat up to 8 with space for 4 more in the breakfast nook or 3 at the kitchen island. Prefer the outdoors Outside there is a gas BBQ grill for your use as well as a table and chairs for dining.

Moving outside you will be amazed by the stunning pool deck which offers both shaded and unshaded seating option with a gorgeous view of the pool and surrounding tropical flora. This area is completely screened in and additionally surrounded by a fence for the ultimate levels of peace and privacy.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements The master bedroom is on the left side of the house and offers a king bed, smart tv, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. The remaining bedrooms are on the right side of the house with various sleeping accommodations to make it easy for any family or group to choose their rooms. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Twin Beds as well as a Twin over Twin bunk bed, and Bedroom 3 offers another King Bed with a smart TV. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living room with the fire place for larger groups.

The De Soto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more, is located about 1 mile from the house as well. Looking to head to the beach This home is located less than 3 miles from the Palma Sola Causeway and 6 miles from Anna Maria Island. *Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
