Arrive, unpack and start enjoying relax mode at this gorgeous beachfront cottage at the end of a no through road in stunning Middleton.
With the bike track adjacent to the house, the beach right in front and a huge fully enclosed back yard for the dog and the kids to run, you can sit and enjoy that glass of wine with not a worry in the world.
The space
The house itself comprises 3 spacious bedrooms all providing beds with fresh linen and bath towels. You only have to bring your beachtowels.

Bedroom 3: Tri bunk ( double below with single above)
The bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner and soaps and the kitchen is well equipped with coffee pod machine ( some pods provided), pots pans and all that you’ll need to cook should you wish you while on holiday.
The living and dining areas are spacious so family board games can be enjoyed or just a chance to unwind in front of the smart tv using the included fast wifi to stream your favourite channels.
There is a rear deck with seating for 8 and gas BBQ for casual nights in.
The front deck provides fabulous views over the water and adjacent reserve.
Your furry friend is welcome on holiday with you. Dogs only. Non shedding dogs allowed inside. Larger shedding dogs outside only. Sorry, No cats.
Strictly no smoking or vaping. If anyone in your group are smokers, we would prefer if you please do not book this property.
We have a strict NO Parties policy.

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.
