Stayed May 15, 2026Great location. Very nice house! But the house did not have 4 bikes. And Very hard to figure out the parking pass situation. Three bedrooms upstairs with only one bathroom. Luckily our husbands didn’t come with us. One is the rooms is a very small bunk room. Great house for 6-7 people

Stayed Apr 2, 2026The property was perfect for us. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any house we have ever stayed in. Spices, tupperware, pots, everything was there. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and did use the walking path as well. The water pressure was also amazing, which you normally do not see in rental houses. Communication with Alice was easy and she always responded right away.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described and super cute & comfy. Alice was prompt with responding and helped troubleshoot a couple of things. The tram is a game changer with kids. We also enjoyed that the house came with beach chairs (there were 4 for us to use). Beds were comfy, kitchen very well stocked. We did go during fall breaks so the beach was crowded and my husband had to go down between 6/6:30 to get us a good spot for the kids, but it worked out. The pool was colder than the beach this time of year (it’s not heated) so we didn’t use it but one day. But it’s a very nice pool and feels like a resort. Lots a great food options close by. Overall we loved it and would return!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The house is perfect, looked exactly as pictured, and had plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the bicycles and the extra beach supplies in the shed (beach chairs and buckets/shovels for the kids to use.) The kitchen had everything we needed through the week-coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Loved the back porch. This house sits pretty far back from the beach and from the pool but the walk is not bad at all, and the shuttle service worked well when we needed it. We ended up walking most of the time. The only complaint I have is for the Seacrest community itself-the private beach area is so small and we were nearly on top of one another on the beach. No fault of the homeowner or the property manager-just letting people know. The private beach homes next to Seacrest own the beach area and it is blocked off, so we were all expected to share a very small beach space. We made it work, and still enjoyed the beach, but if you don’t like being directly next to, beside, behind, and in front of people you don’t know you might want to find another beach to attend. We drove to Deer Lake State Park one of the days and hiked out to the beach area there. It was pretty and had lots of open space, but we didn’t like driving our sandy/beachy kids and gear around, lol.LOVED the house!! Loved the area, just sad that there is not public access beaches near by. Hope Local laws change and they open the beaches back up.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The home was great, accomodations were comfortable and the property manager Alice was excellent. The best communication I've ever had staying at a rental property. The only downside is the beach via shuttle is basically unsuable. A tiny sliver of land, with rental chairs booked months (and year) in advance that are all touching each other and using every foot of the beach. No space for kids to play or for you to even see the water unless you are front row. We ended up driving to inlet beach, public access which was very close (1 mile) and had plenty of public parking and never got crowded even in peak season. We had a great time with this alternative we found. The neighborhood itself was very safe. Walking and bike friendly, please walkable to nearby eateries and shops. The pool was amazing, despite it being packed we still had a great time. Pool staff was excellent as well. The house was very clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed it and all this neighborhood had to offer. We loved it!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We stayed for 4 days at this outstanding 4 br Seacrest cottage. The place was clean, well decorated, very comfortable with tons of space for everyone. All the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds-great place for a family with kids for sure. The pool in the complex is huge and walkable. However, there is a tram that is available to go to the pool or beach which is very nearby. Alice, the manager, is outstanding-She answers questions quickly and is very communicative and helpful. I am new to 30A but I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025We had a great experience with our two babies and sweet Pug at this cute home…you can catch a shuttle to the beach pretty easily, and the back street was a quiet spot for us to chill with the toddlers. The outdoor grill/back porch is a great spot to hang, and the fenced in back yard was a bonus for our pup! Communication was easy and quick, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Stayed May 3, 2025This property was absolutely perfect for your adults and three children. Don’t let the photos deceive you, the home was very spacious and never felt crowded. The rear porch was a great location to eat dinners, and the front to enjoy morning coffee. Location was the best part! A quick walk or tram ride to the beach, pool, and plenty of food and coffee shops! This was our first time in this area, and we will be returning.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Chair! The Seacrest neighborhood is so unique, every house is adorable and you are right in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The bike rides to each were probably 5 minutes, maybe an 8 minute walk. The tram was great for hauling our stuff to the beach and the house was well stocked with chairs and beach toys. The beach is so pretty, a little crowded but we found a spot every day to set up camp. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. As a family, we loved going up to the Village Square at night for ice cream and live music.Overall, we loved our trip - very easy to get to from ECP which was about a 25 minute drive. My 10 year old girls can’t wait to go back.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This property was AMAZING!!! highly recommend for anyone coming to Rosemary/Allys beach. The area was amazing, safe, and walkable. The house was beautiful and in very great shape! Everyone loves the house and I would choose this house over any other house near here. The manager, Alice, was phenomenal! She was very responsive, reliable, and accommodating. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Stayed Feb 7, 2025The house was not as clean as it should be - floors were filthy, dirt and debris in the corners of the bathrooms, dust all over the bedroom furniture (tops were dusted, shelves or anything below the top was not). It is beautifully decorated and as the owner, I would expect a higher standard of maintenance.
