Adorable Quirky Hideaway BIG Private Enclosed Yard

Cozy, private, clean, host was very informative. We had a good stay while visiting with son and granddaughter

Our host was immediately responsive when we had an issue on check in! The rental was very clean.

Worked for my needs. Parking was challenging. There is a permit but it’s for street parking that was often challenging to find. Otherwise no complaints. Was as advertised. Responsive to any concerns.

Our check-in was seamless. The home was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable!

Apart from electricians being on the property for four days and making noise everything else was good.

Cute small house located in the middle of about anything you wanna do. Quiet spot with all needed amenities. Great communication and was able to park our dirtbike trailer in the driveway for the trip. Helen out neighbor was absolutely great. Would definitely stay again

1. The door code for the rental was unreliable. It took texting back and forth with the property manager and waiting outside in the cold for 20 minutes before I received a code that worked. Each time we returned to the rental it took 20 minutes to try different door codes until one worked.2. The property has unreliable electrical. We came back from dinner at 9 pm, walked in and turned on the lights and the lights went out. We had to go find the fuse box and reset the breaker. 3. The advertisement was for a bed and a sofa sleeper but there were not enough sheets and blankets to accommodate both sleeping areas. 4. The property is across the street from the hospital. Since you do not get the address until 3 days before checking in it is too late to cancel the reservation. Ambulances went by with sirens throughout the night.5. It was text only communication so when the door codes were not working it took longer to get a code that worked because we had to wait for a text reply rather that just talking to a person while trouble shooting the door.We will not stay here again but it is a great location for someone who has a family member in the hospital.

The property was represented exactly as it was Great location They provided a parking pass which was essential as there is no weekday parking in the area Sweet little yard Note that there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal and refrigerator is not full sized and kitchen could probably use an update but totally adequate for our needs
