Stayed Nov 22, 2025This is the second time we've stayed here and we loved it again. The location is great - we walked to Guglhupf for brunch and baked items, as well as to the book store, plus walkable or quick drive to other restaurants. Eila is great, very responsive. The house is well-stocked with baby items for our new grandchild, as is the kitchen - we were able to cook much of our Thanksgiving dinner there!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025This quaint, cozy house is surprisingly spacious inside and well-stocked. Check-in was easy and Eila was very responsive. Good location, quiet neighborhood, walkable to some great places to eat. A/C worked well.

Stayed May 20, 2025The house and area are great, true to pictures, only a five minute drive to Duke which is where I was going everyday while there. Very nice spot to get coffee just steps away (Guglhupf). Nice spacious bathrooms, always a plus for me!

Stayed Jan 24, 2025We were in town for my friend’s 40th birthday and this place was a great fit for our group of 4. Easy ride or drive into Durham. Would be great for a weekend or a longer term stay.

Stayed Nov 30, 2024We had a wonderful stay in this great house in this great neighborhood, walking distance to some of the best independent shops, cafe's and restaurants in Durham. surrouned by trees, and winding streets, a great place to walk the dog. The owners bent over backwards to respond to us and always helpful and considerate. The furniture, bedding, design is a clean mid-mod classy but simple and warm decor. I would recommend highly.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024Property was neat, clean, and easy to access. Communication with host was seamless. Upstairs there are 3 sizeable bedrooms - one with king and ensuite, one queen, and one with two twins, upstairs full bath. Downstairs there is a kitchen, living area, dining area, and half bath. Quiet and in a neighborhood but simultaneously close to everything. Would visit again if back in Durham.
