Adorable Cottage! 2BR, 1BA house, garage, open space

Right near airport and cute little neighborhood. Perfect place to crash before or after flight into Bozeman. The host is wonderful-leads you snacks and drinks. Really accommodating!

This was a great stay. Many items to make your stay seamless; the kitchen is stocked with almost everything needed for your stay, instructions were provided to help in the to use of the appliances.We stayed during Christmas and three decorated trees were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Ashley promptly responded to questions and routinely checked in with us regarding our stay.

Everything was in excellent condition. We were surprised and pleased to see unexpected “extras” such as spices, cleaning products and toiletries. We flew in so we’re glad to not have to bring all of that. We hope to return!

It's a shame there isn't a 6th star for this house and owner. From initial through ongoing and check-out communication, Ashley provided excellent response and help. The house itself is beautifully appointed and stocked with the most thoughtful details. The furniture and kitchen are decidedly well thought-out and stocked, clean, and organized. There is even a full spice drawer! The house is spotlessly clean. The linens are excellent, there are toys and games (even 2 baseball gloves and a ball), lots of current literature about the area .. the list is long and complete. Bring your own clothes, get a few groceries, and you feel at home. This house has become our new benchmark for excellence in a mid-price vacation rentals. We were in Belgrade/Bozeman Oct. 3-7, and we're very fortunate to be in this house. Thank you, Ashley!

kitchen and house was immaculate, loved the floor plan etc. I have stayed in VRBO's for over 20 years and never had such a positive experience as this one. From actually meeting the owners but being greeted by a gift basket, the kitchen and bathroom was so beautifully well stocked. It was wonderful stay for me and my 3 sisters.

Window fans were available to help keep things cool. Since it is the end of September, we mostly did not need them and were closing the curtains to keep the cooler air out. Fortunately, we did not need to take the fans out or close the windows. Our host messaged a few times to make sure we were ok. I should have asked her where the cooking oil was, we found it on our third day when we were looking for the trash bags (which were under the trash in the trash can.) The pantry is outside the kitchen and we did not notice it when we were looking around.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Ashley answered all our questions and stated in touch during our stay. Very nice home and location. Nice area to walk in, sidewalks, quiet neighborhood

Wonderful location near airport! Cozy 2 bedroom house with a host that checked on us regularly to be certain we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome by leaving an assortment of breakfast food and beverages including coffee for us to enjoy.

The Green Tree house is very neat and clean. A nice greeting basket on the kitchen counter. A well-stocked kitchen The Green Tree house is not cluttered with owner’s chachkies. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, pleasant for taking walks in. The garage is nice for storing your toys in. Ashley is a very good host. This is the second time I have stayed at the Green Tree house and will book it again in the future,

Ashley's place is great! Just a few minutes from the airport, very clean, and quiet. Ashley was very thoughtful and left a gift basket with items including some snack pouches for the baby and some much-appreciated local beer in the fridge! It is a little bit of a drive (11 minutes, going 60 mph) to Bozeman downtown which was fine for us, but just something to be aware of. The airport proximity was great for an early flight.

It was quite obvious Ashley had put love and detail into decorating the home. This is a hidden gem in Montana and there is no other place I'd rather stay. Ashley made our family vacation amazing, and we are grateful!

This was probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The location in a quiet neighborhood was as good as it gets. Many well thought out personal touches will make your stay very pleasant. The owner was communicative and everything was very easy. Exactly as pictured in listing. We will try and stay there again when visiting the area!!!! Much better than a hotel.

We had a great stay! House had everything we needed. I was able to work remotely for a couple of days with no problem. Ashley was a great host and very available.

We were happy to stay at this location again. The addition of an air conditioner in the primary bedroom was very welcome. Ashley generously accommodated our request to use fragrance free detergent when washing the linens ahead of our arrival. We hope to return again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in this sweet home as it was clean, comfortable and full of thoughtful details. It was a great homebase for our family as we explored the Bozeman area and visited Montana State. We would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.

My family stayed here for three nights. Ashley, the owner was amazing and always quick to respond to any questions I had. We decided to add an extra night last minute and she was nothing but accommodating. The house was very clean, and was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Also had some fun things for the kids to play with such as balls, gloves, and games. There is also a close pond a few blocks down that we walked around in the evening which was super fun.Would highly recommend!

Ashley was extremely friendly and considerate. She accommodated most of our requests and we would highly recommend staying at her place. Her place was very clean and had all the basic necessities and much more.

We were visiting family in Belgrade and the Green Tree house was perfect! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is positioned well to get to anywhere quickly. Ashley communicated well and we had a sweet basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. Beds are so comfortable and we didn’t want for anything during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This my second time staying there and it wonderful as the last time. I would stay there in my future travel to Bozeman.It just feel like being at your house.

The house was perfect for my little family. Ashley had the pack N play and other baby items all set up when we got there. We love Belgrade and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood with the baby when the sun was out. Will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough about how clean, comfortable and cozy this place is. We were welcomed with a gift basket of snacks and cold beverages in the fridge. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to settle in, without feeling like you need to run to the store right away. Ashley is a very wonderful and thoughtful host. Any questions we had were immediately answered. If our travels bring us to the area again, we will definitely be staying here!!

Green Tree House was a lovely, clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting family during spring break! The bed were super comfortable after busy activities during the day and all the grandchildren enjoyed to opportunity to stay overnight... and to discover treats Ashley had provided! All in all delightful

Ashley has a magical way up leaving just the right touches to make you feel right at home. I don’t know how she does it but it is definitely the best rental I’ve every used. Even my hard to please teenager was delighted.

This house was the perfect fit for us visiting family nearby in Belgrade. The beds were very comfortable with lovely down comforters and linens. We were so pleased to see coffee, creamer, snacks and a few beverages in the fridge when we arrived. Ashley was quick to answer my questions through the app. We hope to return for our next family visit to Belgrade.

A nice clean house in a quite neighborhood. Comfortable beds. A very well stocked kitchen. The host is responsive to questions asked. Check in process was easy as the information was sent well in advance and the information was detailed. I would definitely recommend this rental. .

Stayed 2 nights for my daughter's wedding. The home was clean and well supplied. I forgot my makeup remove and they had individual ones in bath. Left a lovely gift basket with personal note. Sitting on the front porch at night looking at the stars was a plus. Ashley took great care of us. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ashley !!!¡
