Adorable coastal home near the beach & downtown with deck & private washer&dryer

We loved our stay at this nice little house close to the beach and the main drag in Manzanita. The house was clean and comfortable, location perfect, and we will definitely stay here again.

Spent a few nights here with my sister and the house worked well for us. It’s very comfortable and the location is great with easy access to both beach and town.

Super cute little house. It was perfect for a weekend away with the girls! Very cozy!

It was a beautiful spot just a block from the beach. Just a short few minute walk to town. The house itself was clean and ready to be lived in. The outdoor shower was 100/100 would shower here again. We would have liked to have some newer things, like softer towels, nightstands on each side of the bed, better access to power outlets, and in general just some newer stuff. But overall it was wonderful. Hard to beat the location!

My wife and I stayed here with my 8 year old daughter. The location doesn't get better between the immediate beach access to a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Just the right size for a small family and the beds were really comfortable. It seems rather sparse but it really has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We loved the outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay! All the basics covered, and right by the beach. Definitely an older house with character, but clean and functional and updated touches are very nice. We had three adults and one toddler in our party -- a bit squished but with a deck outside and so much within walking distance, it worked.

As an owner, I understand the challenges of creating a warm environment with the practicalities necessary for the rental market. This home is charming, has personal touches including historical informational about the area, a wonderful beachy feeling including a cool outdoor shower, wood paneling, new mattresses and towels, but above all, a perfect location. The cleaning team commented that it was especially easy to clean. I had to drag my husband away! We loved everything.

Reviewer Comments: We like this property and have stayed here before, two years ago, and would like to stay here again but were a little disappointed that there were some problems, not very nice towels and only two sets for a family of three, sheets were worn and stained in one of the rooms and only one of the windows would open. It was stuffy in there without the ability to open those windows. The mechanisms for raising them were rusted out. The BBQ was difficult to get much heat as well. At the rate rented I would expect not to have those problems. Hopefully this will all he addressed, or the rent lowered... All of that said. It is a cute little cottage in a perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessaries and well set up for enjoying a family meal.
