Stayed Mar 19, 2026We had a great week overall and really enjoyed our time in the area. The home itself was very nice, and the large living room was perfect for me, my 16-year-old son, and his best friend to relax and hang out.A few things could make the stay even better. It would be helpful to have starter supplies for the coffee machine (since it’s not a standard K-cup), along with basics like dish soap and beach towels—we ended up purchasing our own.Communication could also be improved. We didn’t receive beach access instructions until we reached out, and there was no parking available. The beach itself was very small—too small for two teenage boys to even toss a football comfortably.The listing mentioned private dock/bay access, but it was not available. A neighbor shared it had been damaged in hurricanes and is still being rebuilt, which was disappointing as it was something we were looking forward to.We also saw mention of a community golf cart but didn’t receive any information on how to use it. Checkout instructions were not provided either, so we followed standard practice and left the home clean and respectful.On a positive note, the wagon at the property was a great touch—we used it daily for beach trips.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to the area.
