This is a small, cozy older place in a quiet neighbourhood. For its age, it was well appointed & well kept up. The rooms were nicely sized, the kitchen was well stocked with all the essential dishes & cutlery. The furniture, beds & pillows were comfortable and in very good condition. Hot water was plentiful. Communication was timely, and the contactless check in was smooth. The central location provided quick access to everything around town. A single in-window AC unit in the front living room means that on hot days, the nights can get warm if bedroom doors are closed. Open windows & bedroom ceiling fans helped with that. On the whole, no major concerns, everything was good for a fair cost, such that I'd stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. It was the perfect location to everything. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was always a text or phone call away if we needed anything. Very good communication. We will definitely use this property on our next visit to Montana.

The kitchen was modern and clean. The washing machine and drier were large capacity, which made my extended stay much more convenient. It is an easy, quick drive to the local hospitals. The house is very well insulated and warm. The neighborhood was quiet with little traffic.

The bungalow was perfect for the week. It was clean, well-stocked, and very cozy. Location is convenient to downtown. The owner was very communicative and responsive.

We flew in not town for Dad’s 60th class reunion, just a short weekend trip. The place was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone. Next time we are back in Great Falls we will be looking to rent here again.

This little freestanding house is very private, cozy, and quiet. It's two blocks from my brother's house, so for me the location is great.

The home is cute! It had everything we needed for our week long stay. It’s conveniently located to almost everything- most things we did were only a 5-10 minute drive so that was really nice. The beds are hard, and the shower is super small, but those are just little things. The owner was really easy to communicate with and very helpful.

It was nice & homey! Loved the location very close to most of town. Hard beds though, they are memory foam but hard. Overall stay was great & memorable.

I stayed in the Cozy Bungalow the first week of Jan 2025 and loved it. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Nice linens and very comfortable beds. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and we were always able to park in front of the property. This place was terrific! A great neighborhood with an elementary school nearby. Very walkable and great location for all we wanted to do. Clean, bright, and the washer/dryer were a great addition as we were on a 14 day road trip. Providing the laundry soap was an unexpected bonus (I'd brought my own). Would definitely stay here again!

The check in was easy. The host was so easy to communicate with. The property was clean, well kept and close to all amenities. If I would ever return to Great Falls, I would definitely rent this place again!
